"there was traffic." i mumble
"there was traffic?" Abby asks
i nod
"well then leave earlier? let's go." Abby says
we start the duet and it's very pretty
"you are like best friends and one of you dies..from what? that's for you to make up and it's like the girl is seeing the angel of the girl who died..so Maddie you'll be the girl seeing the dead friend because your acting shines and Camila you'll be the angel." Abby says
we both nod
we learn the duet and there's a lot of partner work
"Camila you're rushing! slow down!" Abby yells
i then stumble over a few steps..
"Camila!" Abby yells
"i'm giving you this opportunity to prove yourself that you want to be back on this team, im not giving this to Chloe i giving it to you, do you want back on that pyramid?"
"yes." i say
"the prove it don't go onstage doing what you just did or you'll never be back on this team." Abby says
i nod
"go, you're dismissed."
we go into the dancers den and the moms speak to Abby and mom comes into the dancers den
"what do you think of the duet" mom asks and i sit on her lap
"it's pretty but Abby is putting pressure to like prove to be on the team and that i should be grateful to get the opportunity to do that because Chloe isn't." i say
"you go out there and prove yourself because you deserve to be on this team" mom says
i nod
"alright you ready?" Kelly comes in asking
"what?" mom asks
"i need someone to hang with..let's go!" Kelly says
"pretend Abbys not there"
"well i should go just to spite her!" mom laughs
i get off moms lap and mom gets her coat
"come on they're going to leave without us!" Kelly says
"love you" Chloe says and she kisses moms cheek
"love you!" i say
"be good, Chloe you're on babysitting duty" mom says
"i don't need baby sat!" i say
"go go quickly!" Chloe says
mom leaves with Kelly
"babysitting duties is she for real?" i say
