Gregorys pov
Ive been in the hospital for some days now but today was the day I left.
Finally id get freedom outside the hospital and never see this place.
But i would miss the nurses bringing breakfast towards my bed.
They took off the security measures once they trusted me. Which was the day before leaving.
My clothes lay on a couch across from me. All i had to do now was wait for William to come and get me. Apparently he had to go on some errands.
"Okay Gregory i will be taking your hospital clothes once your done changing" she said and left the room
I got up the bed to change into my normal clothes. Once i was done i put the hospital clothes in the spot my clothes had once been in and opened the door.
The nurse was gone so i decided to hop back on the bed and take a little nap.
Thats weird i cant seem to sleep at all since i came to the hospital.
I was always a heavy sleeper and always fell asleep whenever i could.
The nurse comes back to collect the clothes i left which are the hospital ones .
"Your guardian is here to collect you!" She says in a cheerful tone before leaving.
I get up from the bed and start moving towards the door. I try to move the handle but its locked.
Great she locked me in this room.
I try a few more attempts but it wont move.
I hear a voice outside the room as if its whispering i cabt tell what its saying tho.
"Can someone open the door!" I said screaming
Nobody is there. "Wow i hope they fire that nurse" i grumble
"Whos t-there" someone says on the other end
"Please please please can you open the door im locked in here!" I said
"Oh! I dont have the keys but i could try to break the doorknob open" the person said
The door knob wiggles a bit before being open.
The door opens slowly before reveling the kid from the pizzaplex.
"Its you!" I said
"Oh youre the kid from earlier" he said
"What are you doing here?" I said
"Well Mickey, me and Elizabeth were competing against a guy in the arcade game, and mickey lost and got so angry he beated up the guy" he said
"Is youre brother ok?"
"Yeah hes ok its the guy were paying hospital bills for" he said "anyways what are you doing locked up in a room?" He said
"Oh um i passed out a few days ago so William brought me here"
"William? That sounds familiar..." he said before being caught off by the nurse from earlier
"Oh im so so sorry for what i did i must have locked it without even noticing" she said looking worried
"Its no big deal Evan here helped me" i said
"Aw that nice common your guardian is here for you" she said
"I'll come with you to keep you company" Evan said
"Great come!" I said
We walked for a while before going to the counter. There I saw William waiting for me.
"Hi William" I said once he looked up
"Common kid" he said
"Can Evan come with us!" I said
"No" he said looking at the kid holding my hand
"Aw common" I said
"I said NO" he said screaming
A few people looked at us
"Its ok Gregory I have to go with my brother and sister. see you later" he said leaving
"Why can't I have a friend over" I said turning back at him once Evan left.
I make a friend and I can't have him over!
"Becouse I said so" he said
With that we left the hospital
Williams pov
This kid is driving me crazy every second. But I won't have to worry about him much longer now. I faked going on some errands becouse I needed to take care of something really quick.
"Where are we going now?" Said Gregory beside walking
"I rented out a apartment for us to stay for a while" I said
"How much longer couse I'm tireeed" he said complaining
"Not far its only a few blocks away" I said
"It better be im starting to melt here"
▪︎ One hour later ▪︎
"YOU SAID IT WAS A FEW BLOCKS AWAY!"he said
"And it is so stop complaining and start walking" I said
"Aaaaw man" he said starting to run
"Where are you going were already here" I said
"Luxury apartments?"He said With a smile
"No its behind you" I said
He turned around to see a crummy apartment building. It was all brown and had trash bags everywhere.
"That one! Well at least it's better than a cardboard box" he said
A terrible smell escaped the building once we opened the door.
"Nevermind I'm going back to that alley" he said
"No your not this was the least I could get" I said
Something tells me this is going to be a looong week...
"Your so boring..." he said
"Will you shut up already!" I said
??? pov
"Smooth as butter Yeah crimnal under cover Yeah" a girl voice said singing
"Shut it there going to hear us! And that's not how it goes" said another voice
"Whos gonna hear us?" Said the first voice again
"..."
They were currently surrounded by blackness
Sorry this chapter us alot shorter but im now working on the next one :D
