Aur yaha tumhare bachpan ki kitni saari photos hai

Karan rolled his eyes while Monami was taking picture of every photo of karan's childhood

K: Stop it Monami please

M: You were cute
Actually you are cute

K: Yahi din bach gya tha koi mereko cute bole

M: Abhi koi actual Karan ko nahi jaanta na, jaantey hotey toh sab cute bolte tumhe

Karan frowned and Monami started laughing, looking at her karan's frown converted into smile

K: Uh woh... Tumhe chalega agar hum restaurant ke jagah ek dhaba jaaye toh??

M: Sachi? Hum dhaba jaayenge??

K: Haan toh usme itna khush hone waali kya baat hai?

M: Mujhe mere dost humesha dhabe ke ache khane ke baarein mein boltey the lekin papa ne kabhi jaane hi nahi diya

K: Pagal hai tumhara baap

M: Karan! Papa hai mere

K: Unne kabhi tumhe apni beti maana hai?

M: Let it be na, abhi chalo tumne bola na dhaba chalne

Karan sighed and nodded
They went to a dhaba near his parents house, they sit on khatiya and ordered food for themselves

M: Mujhe toh iss area se hi pyaar ho gya hai

Karan narrowed his eyes and Monami chuckled

M: Aur jo yaha laaya hai usse toh aur zyada

Someone: Arey Karan

A person standing 5 feets behind Karan called him, Monami looked at him with confused face while Karan fisted his hand and gritted his teeth

Karan stood up and turned around just to see a man in his late 20's standing there with a creepy smile

K: Aneesh, ofcourse

Monami too stood up as the person was coming closer, slowly she started getting slightly flashbacks of that night

Aneesh looked at her

Taking in a deep breath made it worse. Monami closed her eyes,
trying to push out the memories assaulting her from her mind. She tried to get a hold of herself, wondering if this would ever end.

"You are safe Monami, Karan is here. He's with you. No one will harm you. Karan is here, don't panic. He's here. He's here. He's here. He's here."

Monami started chanting this in her mind as panic started hitting her

Aneesh gave a smile, one that sent a chill down Monami’s spine.

Monami instinctively took a step back, staying silent.

A: Kaisa hai Karan?

K: Tumhe usse kuch farak nahi padna chahiye, kyu aaye ho yaha?

A: She must be your wife right??

K: None of your business

M: Ka.. karan

Karan turned to her side and saw in the same situation as he always see her but during rain or thunder. But it's neither raining nor thunderstorm what is she afraid of?

He looked at Aneesh who was looking at Monami with a smirk on his face

Karan went to her side and pulled her in his embrace

K: Sweetheart I am right here don't panic.

M: Please ask him to go away

Karan glared at him but Aneesh was unaffected

A: Monami tumne itni badi baat apne husband ko nahi batayi??

Monami looked at him not leaving Karan for even a second or an inch

A: Usey pata hona chahiye na uski wife ki virginity kisne chhini

Karan looked at him, his eyes turning dark but Monami's touch made him calm down

K: Ek aur word Monami ke baarein mein aur main dusri baar sochunga bhi nahi tujhe jaan se Marne se pehle

A: Saying the one jiski wife ne apni virginity kisi aur aadmi ke saath khoyi, sad isn't it?

Monami hold karan's t-shirt tightly hiding herself in his embrace

K: Out Aneesh right now, stop scaring my wife

Aneesh took a last glance of Monami and went away

Karan pulled Monami back and cupped her face

K: Woh chala gya hai Monami, look at me shaant ho jaao

Monami cried and her breathing started to get uneven

K: Hey hey hey please shaant ho jaao kuch nahi hua, koi nahi aayega tumhare paas, dekho mujhe baat karo mujhse Monami please

Monami's legs and eyes slowly giving up
She was about to fall but before her body could make contact with the floor, Karan hold her

K: Damn it Monami why the fuck you are loosing your strength!! I am here with you na you have to fight, fight your anxiety for me please. I can't see you like this women open those beautiful eyes right now and look at me.

M: Don't hate me

She whispered softly, not having enough strength to speak

K: That's the last thing possible for me right now Monami, I wanted to hate you but hating you is not a cup of my tea so fuck it and open those eyes

Monami rested her head on his chest still not opening her eyes completely in the fear that all those dreams she dreamt for her for them will be vanish

M: I love you

She whispered and completely closed her eyes

Maybe you guys must've understood about her past so next chapter is going to be the biggest chapter I ever wrote seriously! And most emotional and traumatic too! So excited are we?
