Theme: Twice the Wedgie Monday! (Repeat, at night)

Failure: Monday's #1 + 4x the duration!

1 - Normal wedgie (1 minutes of yanking, Duration: 15 minutes)

2 - Melvin (8 yanks, Duration: 5 minutes)

3 - All around wedgie (2 minutes of yanking, Duration: 35 minutes)

4 - Mervin (30 seconds of pulling x5 sets, Duration: 20 minutes)

5 - Typewriter wedgie (1 minutes of yanking, Duration: 40 minutes)

6 - Atomic wedgie (Duration: 15 minutes)


Challenge (Optional):
1 - Squeaky Clean after a shower (30 rep, Duration: 1 hour))

2 - Hourly 12x Melvin (4 melvin yanks per 15 minutes, Duration: 3 hours) 

3 - Jock Lock while laying down when you are using your phone (1 hour)

4 - Normal wedgie in morning, afternoon, evening, and right before you sleep (30 seconds of pulling, Duration: 15 minutes per instances)

5 - Sleep with an all around wedgie (>= 8 hours)

6 - Chair wedgie whenever you sit down at home (Duration: Entire day)

2 - Squeaky Clean 15 rep (Duration: 20 minutes)

3 - Propeller wedgie 5+ twist (Duration: 10 minutes)

4 - Shoulder wedgie (Front Bias. Duration: 30 minutes)

5 - Permanent wedgie (3 minutes of yanking, Duration: 1 hour)

6 - Normal wedgie (2 minutes of yanking, Duration: 1 hour)


Challenge (Optional):
1 - Leghole wedgie (4 minutes of pulling, Duration: 8 hours)

2 - Ripping Atomic (Duration: 2 hours)

3 - Squeaky Clean 50 rep + All Around (Duration: 1 hour)

4 - Messy mervin [Ingredients: 1 raw egg, 1 Mayo/Oil, 1 Ketchup ] (5 minutes of yanking/pulling)  + Clean Swirly [2 Flush] into Dangling wedgie (Duration: 30 minutes)

5 - Fence/Tree wedgie (Duration: 1 hour/until rip)

6 - Chair wedgie while bound by leg and hands (Duration: 45 minutes)
