💚Kid Loki (Part 2)💚

"You bastard!" Old Loki shouts. 

"Who pissed off, Grandpa?" 

"-I've tasted both, they DIE just the same." 

"What is he talking about?" 

'He's saying he's eaten snakes and wolves - they both die the same way.' 

"Um... ew. But do they taste the same?" 

Loki groans in disbelief while Kid Loki shakes his head grimly. 

"Apologies, my liege." 

The Loki with the hammer grabs the back of his neck and holds his golden hammer to his face. 

"Hey, he's just a kid!" Steve shouted. "Leave him alone!" 

"Oh! Tea!" Jormungandr smirked. "Betrayal? I am loving this drama." 

"Mini-Mom, will you be alright?" 

Kid Loki sighed. 

Kid Loki is still being held under 'hammer-point' but he doesn't exactly look scared or threatened. 

"You can't be serious," Hammer Loki says to another Loki. "That was NOT the bargain. I TAKE THE THRONE!" 

Another cut. 

"Am I the only one that wishes to know the context of these scenes?" Natasha grimaces as another important scene is cut. 

"No, no, I'm a little curious as to what's happening here too," Bucky agrees. 

"HE'S A LOKI!" Kid Loki, Old Loki, and Hammer Loki shout in unison. 

"Who is?" 

"He's, plural?!" 

Kid Loki emerges, holding an alligator with horns. 

"HOLY SHIT, IS THE KID HOLDING A CROC?!" 

"A CROCKI!" 

"It's an alligator!" Kid Loki huffs. "Idiots." 

"Florida Man chaotic," Peter and his friends nod. 

Kid Loki and the other Lokis teleport behind the mass of Loki's fighting. Kid Loki tosses Alligator Loki onto a Loki, who begins to scream and thrash as Alligator Loki bites and tramples them. 

Kid Loki, Old Loki, and 2012 Loki walk out of a portal as Old Loki berates the now-traiterous/enemy Lokis as 'animals.' 

"-and, whenever one of us DARES tries to fix themselves, they're sent here to DIE!" 

"What? Fix themselves? Fix themselves for what?" Fandral frowned, glaring at the screen. 

'You'll find out soon enough.' 

"-that's good enough for me." Kid Loki responds upon hearing 2012's plan to stopping the TVA. Kid Loki then stands bravely with his hands on his hips again. Another cut and Old Loki, 2012, and Kid Loki are climbing up a hill. Kid Loki holds a homemade Alioth-tracking device and monitors it as 2012 Loki complains about something. 

"-just because something's not complicated doesn't mean that it's bad." (2012)

"It doesn't mean that it's good." 

"Oh, he got you there." 

"He's on board," 2012 Loki motions to the silent Alligator Loki. 

"How do they know? Psychic powers or something?" Sam arched an eyebrow. 

"You are correct, Samuel." 

Kid Loki fidgets in place as he works the device. 

"Alioth is like any animal," 2012 says. 

There's a moments pauses before: 

"Okay, uh, maybe we, uh... think a bit more about this, huh?" 

"Pfft, what happened to make them change their minds?" 

"Perhaps he decided to chicken out like the coward he is," Sif huffed. 

Kid Loki nods before looking down at the device. The sound of a car engine approaches behind them, causing KL to turn around.

"Car." 

"What are they doing?" Old Loki asks. 

"J-just stay on guard," Kid Loki mumbles. 

"I don't understand. Is he being a coward or is he being brave?" Old Loki says in regards to 2012 Loki. 

That line gets a laugh out of the theater. Loki can't help but snort a little at his 2012 self. 

"Not so sure."

Old Loki claps a hand on Kid Loki's back and gently leads him towards the others. 

"Oh, that's sweet," Laufey cooes. 

"Assuming... you do get back to the TVA... what exactly are you getting yourself into?" Kid Loki as a man that looks suspiciously like Owen Wilson. They're sitting in an abandoned house with a bonfire to keep them warm and provide some light. 

"Wow."

"It's happening, guys!" Kid Loki shouts over the sound of lightning, thunder, and wind. "The branch will be right out there!" he points in the direction of the noise. The device in his hand helps pinpoint where the 'branch' would be. 

"No. We're staying here." 

"What? But they'll die!" Darcy said, exasperated. If that Alioth didn't want anything in or out, wouldn't it kill the beings that helped 2012 Loki and... another person out? She feared for the kid, even if he was sitting in the same theater as her at the moment, scrolling through Tumblr and playing games. 

Thor looked down. "Is he mad?" 

"Possibly," Jane grimly shook her head at the screen. As much as she wanted to know more about Alioth, she couldn't bear the thought that the evil cloud guardian might've killed the young, kid version of Loki. As much as she hated him, no child deserved such a thing. 

"You're going to need this on your journey," Kid Loki hands his sword over to 2012. "Go on." 2012 takes the sword carefully, surveying its fine golden details. Green light lines across his torso. A sword sheath replaces the light. 

"A fine sword," Odin murmured. 

Kid Loki proudly stands with his hands on his waist again, like a superhero. 

Finally, the videos begins to come to an end. 

Kid Loki waves a small goodbye at 2012 Loki and the Owen Wilson copy as he follows Old Loki and Alligator Loki down the hill. The final scene has Kid Loki leading Old Loki over the desolate land as Alioth's purple clouds crackle and lightning crashes behind them. 

'That's the end.' 

(SORRY I HAVEN'T BEEN UPDATING - it didn't exactly have writer's block or anything, I just put my focus more on finishing up my schoolwork and theater productions before I put out any chapters of anything. And, I may have been caught up on ao3 fics. But that being said, I'm going to be on vacation starting tomorrow and I just wanted to get something out before (totally not me killing time). I hope you enjoy and I apologize for any inaccuracies, typos, or OOC reactions; I haven't touched this fic in almost two years.
