Si Andy ka ba?

6 months later ~ Pont des Arts "Love Lock Bridge", Paris

Naglalakad ako sa tulay kung saan nasabit ang hindi mabilang na kandado na sumisimbolo sa pagmamahalan ng dalawang tao. And here I am, back where my happy ever after started, ofcourse with this lady who snatched my heart. Ini-lock ni Jasmine ang kandado kung saan nakasulat ang pangalan namin. I stared at her. Ito yata ang isang bagay na hinding-hindi ko pagsasawaan, ang titigan sya, kahit ilang ulit pang matunaw ang puso ko, ayos lang.

"Aren't we suppose to throw that key in the Seine river?" I asked her.

"Ayoko!" She held the key with her both hands and placed it near her chest.

"Gusto ko ikaw ang magtago nito." She paused for a while and faced the river.

"Nung unang punta natin dito, umaasa akong dito ko makikita ang lovelife ko. City of Love dba nga? Pero mali pala ako. All this time nasa screensaver lang pala ng phone ko si lovelife." Muli syang humarap sa akin at iniabot ang susi.

I held her waist so I can pull her close to me. I took the key from her hand and threw it in the river.

"Bakit mo itinapon?" She protested.

I moved closer and held her face with my hands. "The first time we came here, I never intend to search for love. But love found me." Marahan ko syang hinalikan sa noo.

She looked at me and with her sweet, teasing voice she said, "I knew you liked me the moment you took my photo while I was sleeping!"

I felt like my face turned red because of what I heard, anak ng tokwa, gising pala sya noon! Again, I just couldn't contain the happiness, I hugged her as tight as I can. Who would have thought, the strangest thing might happen to two strangers in one particular place. And now, I cannot imagine living a day without her in my life.

"Bebeboi.." I told her not to call me that name, she keeps on insisting. Sino ba ako para umangal.

"Hmmm..." I replied.

 "Si Andy ka ba?"

Alam kong isa naman ito sa mga banat nya. "Why?" I answered.

"ANDY-to ka kasi palagi sa puso ko." And she giggled and hid her face on my chest. Natatawa lang ako kahit ang corny na nya talaga. Corny na nakakakilig.

I wrapped my arms around her again and softly whispered on her ear,

"I love you, too."
