Onceler x Vampire! Reader

The glimpse of what could be...

~Y/N's POV~

I was showering at home after the Onceler and lorax left, when everything went black. I woke to a desolate land with tree stumps all around me, the lorax and Onceler no where to be seen. I watched a factory pump smoke and slop into the environment and was horrified. Why would anyone do this? Who would-

"I said im FUCKING BUSY!!" Yelled a tall man. He looked similar to Onceler, but he was in a green suit with a tall hat, a gold chain hanging on his waist. He stormed off to the factory, leaving a person who looked just like me behind. Was this our future? Is this all we're destined to be? Just hatred towards eachother?

I suddenly woke in my bed, with the Onceler's hat on my head, covering my face like they thought I was dead. I heard light snoring, so I took the hat off and saw the Onceler, hair messy and eyes red and swollen. He looked to have been crying, and the Lorax was nowhere to be seen.

~Onceler's POV~

I was about to go talk to Y/N when she had passed out in the shower, not moving. I ignored the fact they weren't wearing anything and immediately carried them to their bed, tears beginning to stream down my face as I just looked ahead. I covered their face with my hat and just cried for a couple hours, falling asleep.

They woke me a couple hours later, in the middle of the night, crying a bit and hugging me. I burst into tears and didn't let them go. The Lorax accidently walked in and seemed very confused, then realised and ran up to us, telling me to leave. I walked home alone, passing Barbaloots and Swormie Swans with Humming Fish singing a sad tune on my way. I didn't sleep that night, worried to death of Y/N. What could have happened? Why was the Lorax worried?

Did I do something wrong...?
