As they walked into the restaurant, beomgyu immediately saw San—one of workers that he most hated—, beomgyu wasn't the usual type to get nervous in these situations, but if he's being honest, he was kind of scared, since he hasn't gone to work for about 2 months and he just disappeared without a word. While beomgyu was in thought, yeonjun carefully brought his hand down to beomgyu's and held it. He has seen how beomgyu was acting and rubbed the back of beomgyu's hand with his thumb, which beomgyu found it comforting and soothing. Just by the small gesture, beomgyu's heart exploded. Yeonjun always knew how to comfort beomgyu, no matter what.
Hand in hand, yeonjun and beomgyu started walking to their reserved table, along with soobin, taehyun, and hueningkai. On their way to the table, beomgyu looked from the corner of his eye to someone, he felt was staring at him. He was right, it was San and he was giving him a disgusted look. Beomgyu didn't know if it was because of his presence shown or because of the people, or person that he was with, maybe it was both. Once they got seated everyone started looking through the menu, except beomgyu, he already knew the food here, and to be honest it wasn't all that great, but of course he couldn't say that so he just quietly waited for the waitress.
"Sir, you won't believe who's here!" San exclaimed. "Ugh just say it San." Minhyuk said annoyed. "It's beomgyu" San said. Minhyuk widened his eyes and immediately stood up, "where" he said sternly. "O-over there, next to the fish tank." San said, a little bit scared. Minhyuk started to walk towards the table angrily.
"Choi Beomgyu" he said harsh, not caring about anyone else at the table but beomgyu.
Beomgyu looked up to see his "boss" and widened his eyes. The other 4 saw this and immediately put their guard up, just invade anything happened.
"Where the hell have you been?! You can't just disappear like that and say nothing!" Minhyuk screamed loudly, catching attention from a few people. Since beomgyu is so sensitive he started to tear up a bit at being yelled at. "I-I'm sorry sir, I just... have been really busy" beomgyu said with his head down.
"Your sorry?!" Minhyuk then started to laugh and then stopped. "If your so sorry then you should know you're fired and to never come in here ever again. Got it?" Minhyuk said. Beomgyu started to tear up even more, he was quietly sobbing. He knew it would come to this, but why did he have to embarrass him in front of everyone.
Yeonjun did not like the way this man was was treating beomgyu, not at all. Soobin was about to say something, when yeonjun stood up and grabbed the hand that was about to slap beomgyu tightly. "I'm sorry sir, I understand the situation, but there is no reason to make such a scene" Yeonjun smiled calmly while twisting Minhyuk's arm. Minhyuk was trying to fight off yeonjun, but he was just to strong, until yeonjun finally stopped when broke the man's arm. "Oww what the fuck?!" Minhyuk screamed in agony. The workers quickly came to minhyuks aid and tried helping him. Everyone else was just staring in schock, including beomgyu, who was looking up at yeonjun with glistening eyes from crying.
"Don't worry sir, he won't come back ever and if you ever do something like that again, it won't be pretty. Byee" Yeonjun said snickering. Soobin, taehyun, and kai we're already used to yeonjun being like this, so they isn't say nothing.
Yeonjun pulled up beomgyu softly from his chair and they started walking towards the exit. Once they got in the car beomgyu looked at yeonjun. "Thank you" beomgyu said with a straight face. "For what?" Yeonjuns asked. "For helping me. Thank you" beomgyu said smiling a bit at yeonjun. To yeonjun beomgyu looked so beautiful right now. "Don't worry love, no one can hurt me while I'm with you" yeonjun smiled back at him. "Umm hey guys remember you're still with us. Please don't do this in front of single people." Taehyun joked. "Who said we were single" hueningkai and soobin said together. Taehyun looked at them surprised, while beomgyu was a blushing mess from tae's comment. They all started laughing and started their way home.

Once they got home they all were kinda tired so they decided to just go to sleep right now. Well except for beomgyu and yeonjun. Beomgyu was going up to his room and yeonjun was following him.
They both walked in and yeonjun closed the door. "Hey gyu, are you okay?" Yeonjun asked noticing how beomgyu looked.he walked over to beomgyu who was already sitting on the edge of the bed. Yeonjun was now sitting besides him. Beomgyu looked at him, "huh? Oh umm yeah I'm fine just a little bit stressed and sad for some reason. I'm okay though." Beomgyu reassured him. Yeonjun started to play with beomgyu's brown locks. "Hey look it's okay, everything is going to be fine just trust me okay, you won't have to deal with people like that anymore. Okay?" Yeonjun said. Beomgyu looked back at him, his eyes locking with yeonjun's. Beomgyu was about to say something, when he saw yeonjun leaning in slowly, and then their lips met. The kiss was soft, slow and passionate. Yeonjun's soft lips moving together at a pace with beomgyu's soft plum lips. After they both felt like they couldn't breath anymore, they broke the kiss, and leaned against each other's foreheads. "I promise I'll always keep you safe." Yeonjun softly said. Beomgyu's heart fluttered and he started to get butterflies in his stomach. Yeonjun suddenly got up and went towards the door. Beomgyu was so confused until he saw that yeonjun locked the door and came back to him.
