ladies our group routine this week is about a very serious topic let me just say each one of you is going to be in jail." Abby says

i make a face to Maddie and we turn back to Abby

"it's dark it's a bit avongaurd and it's going to be fun..Chloe you just came off a solo you forgot your routine you got to be right back on that horse you are going to be doing a solo this weekend..Camila you just won a crown so obviously you'll be doing a solo"

i smile

"Maddie you've been undefeated for the last few weeks challenging you once again to do a solo at Starbound..this might be the busiest week of your life i know i'm putting the pressure on you but you know what there's time for pressure and it's right now you are representing the Abby Lee Dance Company you are representing thirty two years of history you understand that?"

we nod

"pick out something from one of your solos that are amazing that you do better than everybody else does" Abby says

i do my turn sequence from my solo 'The Red Means I Love You'

"i don't think you understand quite how important this is, you cannot go in there and act like slacker"

we do some barre work and ballet technique

"you are going infront of people who have had great careers you don't want to walk in there and be the big joke that they are gonna laugh at when they go home tonight"

we do a ballet combo and i really miss doing classes because i think Ballets fun

Abby then lectures the moms on leotards..

|Solo Rehearsals|

this week Miss Abby gave me a contemporary solo and it's based on Alice from Alice In Wonderland and im so excited!
it's to the song Hey Alice by Rachel Rose Mitchell

"fast..make that fast" Abby calls as we get to the fast part of the song

we go over it a few times and i'm a bit nervous because we only have today to learn the solo
and perfect it because tomorrow is the audition

"go get your dance bags put your jazz shoes on" Abby says

me and Chloe walk over to mom to get our jazz shoes

"girls lets go!" Abby calls

"her dance bags are at the hotel." Melissa says

"every kid makes a mistake Maddie okay? you're not perfect"

"it was my fault..totally my fault"

"it was not your fault it's her dance bag" Abby says
