"we have two trio i'm splitting the group in half..well almost and the trios will be..Mackenzie, Paige and Nia you will be doing a high energy jazz routine incorporating gymnastic tumbling."
"then i have Maddie, Chloe and Camila you will be doing contemporary lyrical routine..Chloe it's about the trio..Brooke obviously you're the odd one out you'll be a swing if needed." Abby says
i smile to Chloe and Maddie
i've never done a trio or a duet with my sister so i'm excited!
"Chloe, Maddie and Camila will be doing a solo again..i'm excited about going i had a great time in Chicago i hope this next trip is just as fun without Cathy from Candy Apples but i'll tell you what she's easy to beat the people at this competition aren't going to be so easy to beat alright moms you can leave thank you very much" Abby says

we learn the group routine and it's dark it's creepy..but i don't get what a Nip and Tuck is
we start with the poses at the start of the dance..
"crawl..pretty feet turn them out" Abby says to Chloe
"ready..five..six..slow motion" Abby says as we do the routine

my solo this week is entitled Inside Again and it's the sing Look Who Is Inside Again By Bo Burnham it's a contemporary piece so i'm really excited
"show me the emotion you don't have friends..you're alone" Abby explains

"okay you're good go over that i'll see you tomorrow" Abby says

"watch your feet, sickled feet Maddie!" Abby calls out
me and Chloe then lift Maddie and we spin her over
"you're marking the side aerial you're sloppy out of every turn." Abby says to Mads

we arrive at the competition and everyone is excited!
