It's been about two months since that incident happened between the girls when she got out Layton hasn't spoken one word to the girls it was no doubt that they missed eachother and their fans were starting to speculate what happened no music was made not between them either way Faith agreed with ocean jo Layton no group because it wouldn't be complete even with what Layton did they never disrespected her in the media or anything because at the end of the day same mother or not they were sisters
The case for her sisters custody turned into a long one with all the evidence Layton needed to get her sister especially because she was only 19 and with all the money put into it it put a lot of stress and pressure on her to the point she stopped talking to everyone sadly including Kevin I mean they were still together but she's been acting distant in the beginning he tried to talk to her and stick with her through it but she put up a big fight and they got into a argument a week and haven't talked since and In that argument came a break up
She's thought about them alot since but with how stubborn she is she didn't want to it even had the time to try to fix back the bond so she's left it alone she wasn't even able to see her sister that's the only thing she needed right now
"With all due respect your honor all the evidence you need is in that picture the condition of the house if we can even call it that she literally has bruises on her and everything please your honor" she begged the judge In the Court took Diana kept talking over her but she just ignored it
"Ms.Bailey... your right with a record like that and a condition like that I don't know what that other judge was thinking but Layton Bailey I grant you full custody of Cecilia Tilly case dismissed" The judge said Layton couldn't explain the joy she felt it was like her whole world lit up while her mother was cursing and causing a ruckus Layton ran out the court room to go find her sister when she did she took her from the security guard Cece was just as happy to see her and Layton broke out into tears
"I missed up Cece I don't know how to fix it" she cried tonight in a while they had to see each other it was the bet award she wanted to make it right not with only them but with Kevin he was a good boyfriend for sure but she pushed him away
She eventually went to her car and started driving oh and she finally got her driver's license she got it the day after her and Kevin's fight she wanted her own place to live oh and about the deal he totally forgot about and didn't really care even if she gave him the money he still kept her along
So she dropped Cecelia to Kevin's mom's house by the way they met and Kevin's mom loves her just like Skylar and in the little time they got really close
