the audition is mad there's a lot of girls

but the girl who gets chosen is Kendall Vertes!

|Solo Rehearsals|

my solo this week is a musical theatre and it's entitled Gimmie, Gimmie, Gimmie and it's from Mamma Mia!

"it's like slower at the start so your face needs to make that change in the higher point of the song"  Abby says

we go through my solo and i make sure everything clean

"yes, that was good" Abby says

|Group Rehearsals|

"work it Mackenzie bigger!" Abby calls out

"why is Brooke upstairs? she was supposed to get a drink and come back in" Abby says

"she wants to go to a football game" Paige says

"good, go to the football game and i'll call Payton to get here!" Abby yells when Brooke walks in

"stop writing all over your hand it's tacky." Abby adds

Brooke then starts to cry
and i give her a sympathetic look

we start the routine and Brooke just doesn't seem happy at all

"everybody's dismissed, Brooke get over here" Abby says

i start to walk to the door then Kelly comes in

"she's leaving?" Abby asks

"yes" Kelly says

"she didn't try her costume on" Abby says

"we were supposed to be done at six thirty over what time rehearsals ended at" Kelly says

i walk to into the dancers den and i get my dance stuff and mom comes down

"she's just yelling and yelling at her." i say

"i know..she's just being mean." mom says

|Competition Day|

we get on the bus and i sit beside Kenzie

we get to the competition and i'm very excited

mom does Chloes hair and makeup and Kelly helps with mine

"thank you" i say after she finishes

"you're welcome" Kelly says

Camilas solo costume with the headpiece at the side of a bun:

Abby gives Chloe a pep talk but it wasn't really a pep talk..

we head backstage for the solos

Maddie enters for her solo first
and i think she nailed it

Chloe enters next
and i really love her solo

"good luck, you'll be amazing!" Maddie hugs me

"thank you" i smile

"welcome to the stage entry number 85 Gimme, Gimme, Gimme" the announcer says

i enter the stage and my music starts
and i make sure that my facials are good
and that i really nail this routine

i exit the stage and Maddie hugs me

"that was so good" Chloe says

"thank you" i smile

Nia and Kendall perform their solos
and Nia was really good
and Kendall was also good but obviously she was nervous

"the primary solo category.." the announcer says

"second place..Bring On The Boys, Abby Lee Dance Company"

we clap for Kendall

"and in first place, Gimme,Gimme,Gimme Abby Lee Dance Company"
i beam

i get up to get my award
a great way to start of the season!

Nia got fourth
Chloe first
and Maddie also got first

we get ready for the group routine
and our costumes are so cute

group costumes:

we head backstage for the group routine and we do our handshake

we enter the stage
and me Chloe and Maddie start of the routine
i give all the sass that i can give
i think we all do really well and i hope we win

"second place number 198" the announcer says

i give a fingers crossed sign to Maddie

"wrapping it up in junior small group, Sassy Dolls Abby Lee Dance Company"

i beam and we get our award

we head back to the dressing room
and we get told that we were sloppy
and that Brooke needs to stop looking at Chloe.
