They could see the skyline of Mumbai as they landed.

Both the girls looked at it at awe , as if seeing it for the first time. They have been to Mumbai on multiple occasions before but this was different. This time they were not there for a simple visit.
This time they were ready to face the city and create the life they had always wanted.

"You didn't have to do this. " Avantika squealed as her Brother picked her up in a hug.

"If I remember right , I specifically TOLD you not to do this. " Dhruvika chided him as he gave her a side hug.

" I didn't have to but I wanted to. What kind of a brother am I, if I don't pick up my little sisters in my city?"

"Yeah right. " Dhruvika rolled her eyes as Avanthika chuckled.

Over protective was the one word they could use any day to sum up their lovely brother.

Dheeraj motioned his bodyguard to place their luggage in the car and he led them towards where his car was parked.

The Singhania name had come a long way from the time of Raghav Singhania. His sons and daughters had created an empire and his eldest grandson had taken it to new heights with new ventures.
Still their parents always made sure to keep them grounded.

"Avanti so are you joining tomorrow or? " Dheeraj asked once they got in to the traffic of Mumbai.

"Day after tomorrow Bhaiyya. We have to unpack and then move everything to the apartment. " She replied her excitement fresh in her tone.

"Did you have to get an appartment? You can come and live with me at the penthouse. " He recommended.

"Bhaiyya I know you are worried but we really do want to do everything ourselves. You got your chance to prove yourself worthy of the company. Let us prove that we too can do something with our life. " Dhruvika replied with a puppy face.

"Okay ok I was just asking " Dheeraj chuckled at Dhruvi's pleading.

"How is Angel Didi?"

Suddenly his complete demeanour changed from warm to cold.

"She is in Goa. She wanted to stay away from here for sometime."

The sisters looked at each other understanding. She was in grieving. They could empathize with her emotions.

But they also knew how this was affecting their brother even if he was not showing it outside.

"Call me if you need anything. " Dheeraj said giving them both a hug as he dropped them in front of their apartment building.

"What if there isn't anything? Can we call you then?" Dhruvika teased.

"You can call me whenever you want Dhruvi" he replied piching her cheeks.

"I still can't believe Chachi didn't create any drama over this. " he wondered.

" Trust me. She wanted to. Thankfully your mother didn't let her. " Avantika replied.

"Pappa cried though. " Dhruvika chimed in.
