Yuu smiles one last time before turning around to exit the room. But he pauses when the blond suddenly spoke.

"Ah, Yuu-chan, you said you were already cooking the soup. I just remembered something, you don't cook... uhh... right? You always let me cook whenever we eat."
Mika sounded concerned.

Yuu sweats. He faces Mika, wearing a fake grin on his face. "Yep. I-I don't cook. But it doesn't mean I don't know how to cook. Come on, Mika. Trust me. I know how. I just don't." He laughs nervously, sweat running down his chin. He hopes Mika doesn't notice him lying, because it will sure be embarrassing. He had already promised him that he will let him taste his cooking, and he can never forget the hint of excitement in his best friend's blue orbs during that time.

The blond male sighs. "Are you sure?"

"Yeah."

"Alright... Just... don't push yourself. If you can't cook, it's fine, Yuu-chan."

"I'm doing this because I want to help you and because you're my best friend. You're always there everytime I needed some help."

Mika's lips formed a smile. This time it was because of his friend's sincereness. Their eyes were locked with each other; eyes pretty much showing endearment if one would actually look into it deeper. But they do not notice that. Truth to be told, they still don't understand the feeling they get whenever this 'eye-locking thing' happens, although it is already obvious.

Mika speaks, breaking the silence. "Alright, alright. I would love to taste the soup you're making."

The raven nods, eyes still locked with the other. "Yeah. I-I'll finish it in just a moment. I'll be right back."

He paced hurriedly to the kitchen, hands clutched, as he thinks of a way on how he could cook the soup. Yuu literally can't cook. Cannot. He doesn't cook because he can't cook. And telling Mika about it is surely embarrassing.

Then it hit him. 'I can't believe I haven't thought of it yet! That's the only thing that can help me!' He laughed at himself as he hurries to grab his phone on the table.

The raven raises his phone, like how a proud father lifts his son after winning a game of baseball for the first time.

After that glorious moment, he types in 'google.com' on his phone browser and waits for it to load. 'You're a life saver.' He thoughts.

Then, he types in 'soup recipes' on the search bar, clicking the first one in the list of sites afterwards. It brought him into the right website where in it shows him how to make a delicious chicken soup. He grins to himself as he checks their refrigerator for chicken meat. 'Thank god we still have lots of it.'

The raven scans the recipe first before going into action. He lays his phone down on the table and gets the correct ingredients from the refrigerator. He hums to himself as he starts their stove, it's time for him to cook!

*vibrating sound*

Yuu's phone vibrates, signaling him that he has recieved a message or someone might be calling his phone.

Grabbing his phone on the table, he noticed that it was a call from their professor. His eyes widens as he realizes something. "Oh darn! I forgot to tell the professor about Mika."

Good thing the phone rang once again. He answers it immediately, "H-He--"

"Where the hell are you?" The voice on the other line yells. "So you have finally thought of skipping my class, huh?"

The raven sweats. "Oh come on, Guren! It's just for a day!"

"Manners, Yuu! Don't call me that! What are you doing? And you also managed to make your best friend skip classes with you! You should be ashamed of yourself! Pulling your friend down with you--"
