You were walking to Boss Baby's house because Crispin said it was for a mission
"so Crispin, are your missions always gonna be with this horse" you asked
"well not for long" you tilted your head at what he said until you arrived in the back of his house listening to what they were saying
"stealing shredded documents from our business, this is who he really is, he's using you to get to us" you heard Tabitha say and Crispin motioned for you to say behind
"well gosh," Crispin said coming out of hiding "thanks for ruining my surprise gift, i know how she adores the paper shreds from her work stall" he said grabbing something
"so i recovered some old ones and wove them into a blanket i was going to give her, as a surprise" you heard him say
"and all you bring her is slanderous accusations, one would think you hardly care for her at all, the way you work her all day and never play with her" he said and you looked around the corner to see
"we play normal normal boring office co-workers all the time" Tabitha said
"you don't think she deserves a game that even sounds remotely fun" Crispin said and you snickered and heard the horse say something
"i agree, shoo all you meanies" Crispin said and they all walked away
"y/n, come out now" he said and you looked around the corner and he waved you over
"now for part to, and you'll be of help, precious" he said with a smirk
You all crept to the front seeing Tina's dad out in the front "okay, y/n go in and lock the front door, meet us by the glass door" Crispin said and you nodded
You ran quickly and closed the door quietly behind you, locking it and running to the glass door, letting Crispin and the horse in
"thank you dear" he said entering the house "okay, now to seal all the windows" he said and you all spread out making sure no one could come in
You all ended up back in the kitchen "well done y/n and precious, now to enjoy our self's" he said grabbing a pan and hopping onto the counter and the horse was reading a book memo on a computer
You decided to hop up on the counter with Crispin sitting on the edge swinging your feet, watching him cook
"i didn't know you could cook" you said and he looked over at you
"well i can do a lot of things" he said and you laughed, smiling at him
When he was done you all moved to the living room putting a movie on, the horse took the couch, you and Crispin shared a bean bag
Half way through the movie you looked over to see the whole family in the window
"Crispin, look" you said pointing to the window he looked quickly "hey its okay, just focus on me" he said and you nodded laying your head on his shoulder
Later that night it was time for bed, "well precious where will you be sleeping" Crispin said and the horse said something "okay, goodnight precious" he said and you two kept walking
"so y/n, where are you planning to sleep" you looked over at him "um, i don't know actually"
"well you can sleep in my room" he said as you entered the room, it had two beds?
"you over there, i'll be on this one" he said "okay, goodnight Crispy" you said laying on your bed
"goodnight, my y/n" he said laying on his and turning the lights out
It was dark in the room and it was hard for you to fall asleep, it's hard in a new place, you can't sleep in new places
You sat up looking around for Crispin's bed "hmm" you said in the dark you hopped out and walked until you hit something
"y/n, is that you" you heard Crispin said and the lights turned on "yea" you said, you ran into his bed
"what are you doing" he asked "i can't sleep" you said making grabby hands towards him
He smiled at you and patted the bed, you fastly crawled over to him cuddling next to him as he turned the lights off, now you could sleep peacefully~
