Lee has been weird around you lately

He always seems to have something on his mind and then never tells you saying it's nothing as he changes the subject and won't let you change it back

And now he won't come and see you anymore

So you decided to go see him yourself, you got permission from your father go to the tea shop but well of course three guards came with you

'I really need to talk to my friend and I hate how this is how I have to do it.' You think as you were getting changed into as casual clothes as you could wear 'I hope he'll talk to me at least.'

I was serving tea when I notice everyone looking at the door and I was confused why everyone seemed so stunned and shocked someone dropping their tea cup onto the floor

I turn around and see y/n as she walks in with guards following her

"Hello Lee, my father let me come out for the first time so I thought I'd drop by and see you." She says and I smile at her

"Great I've been so busy at work I'm so glad to be able to see you." I say as I was so happy to see her again, I mean I have been working more on purpose to try and figure out my thoughts so yeah I've been ignoring her

But I shouldn't act like this It's honestly stupid

"I thought I'd come back here finally as myself." Y/n says sitting down in a chair as the guards stand very close to her

"I'm happy your here, I'll get you some tea, your regular right?" I say and she nods

"Yes thank you." She says as a guard whispers to her and she nods "I won't be here long don't worry it'll be back at the palace by lunch." She says as I left and got her tea ready and when it was done I serve her it

A guard testing to make sure it isn't too hot and even wouldn't let y/n touch it until it was less hot

She seemed annoyed secretly rolling her eyes as she looked the opposite way of her guards when they said 'Princess it's too hot you should wait until it cools down you don't want to burn your tongue.'

When she finished her tea and we finished talking about random stuff

Y/n had hugged me as she even kissed my cheek when she had to leave her guards being obviously antsy to get her back at the palace

'I can't ever confess my feelings to her, I mean yes she's a Princess and I'm a banished prince, but she thinks I'm just commoner Lee, and she would never fall for who I have to be.'
