Breyas pov

chris has been looking extra fine these days.
i think hes hot
i do.
ive been staring at him as hes on his phone while we're walking in the airport
do i like him?
can i say that?

i think i have established that i like chris.
but i am really just hoping its a crush and nothing else.
i dont think he likes me like that anymore at all
besides he has a girl that hes talking to.
i think as we are boarding to the plane,i look at chris typing on his phone while smiling
i bet its that nessa girl
i know she's famous and everything
and very goddamn pretty.
i dont stand a chance.
we all get to our seats
me and chris with and a random person,matt and nick with a random person. we couldn't let anyone of us sit alone.
as me and chris walk to our aisle
"i shotgun the window seat" he says
"nooooo chris don't do this to me"
"too late" he goes to the seat and sits down
i huff and sit in between both the seats
"i just told nessa im flying to LA" he says happily
"oh what'd she say"
"she says she's excited" chris replies
"so you and her huh?" i ask smiling on the outside
"sort of...idk where we are rn"
"dont worry you'll figure it out" i say...

soon a middle aged man arrives to sit beside us
"hello good lady" he smiles as he sits down beside me
chris' head snaps up from his phone
"hey" i reply
"brey you can take the window seat" chris says looking the man straight in his eyes
"okay...?"
we move seats
"you know if you want to sit here im okay with that" i tell chris,hes so sweet,giving me his seat.
so i offer him to not seem rude
"no im fine" chris says looking at his phone
fine.

Chris Pov

we're halfway into our journey,i look over at breya to see her sleep resting her head on the window
i gently make her head turn to my shoulder and lay it on there. thats more like it
i rest my head on top of hers
i can smell her shampoo
its always so fresh smelling

"fasten your seatbelts and sit back,we'll be landing soon" i hear an announcement and wake up
i see breya still fast asleep on my shoulder
i dont wanna wake her up...
i take her belt and see that its untied,so i tie it softly

we just landed,if it were upto me i would carry breya,but i gotta wake her up
"reya"
"hmm" she shuffles
"wake up we landed"
"yeaahhm" she says in a sleepy tone
the man beside us leaves and matt and nick  come up to our seats
"BREYA WAKE UP" i shout
"god okay im up" she says waking up

as we're boarding out i text nessa to tell her im here

we got here!!

we're in LA airport right now and nick decided that we're getting food till nessa comes to pick us up
we naturally decided we're gonna live at her place because its huge and she wouldn't mind
we get mcdonalds and sit to eat
i go on my phone

why are people thinking i am with nessa,sure we're talking and maybe this will get somewhere but we still haven't established anything
its getting so annoying to see all the people associating everything i do with nessa because NO NOTHING HAS TO DO WITH HER.
and now they're getting in breyas comments i know she wouldn't mind but i dont want them to.

i think i just died. i am gonna choke on my food
i can't even look at chris because i'll be giggling and kicking my feet.
i usually wouldn't get excited on a comment like this from anyone let alone CHRIS
but he just feels like a whole different person to me now
i slightly look at him from across the table
he looks...tensed?
why is that?
is it because of my post?
he is scrolling something on his phone...
is it the nessa girl?
i am staring at him at this point
"nessa is out" chris looks over at all of us then his eyes land on me staring at him
"breya?"
"ye-yes uh" i stutter
"i said nessas out,lets go"
"yeah" i nod and we grab our bags and get going

as we're walking towards the place where people fetch other people chris spots someone and waves
and starts running,soon i see a girl running back to him
oh so thats nessa in real life?
she is very pretty
i see as they both almost collide when they hug so tight
like two old friends that haven't seen each other in a decade
ironic.
i could cry right now.
cry? i could have a hardcore breakdown right here
because that's how much i couldn't take the sight in front of me
this is gonna be one long trip for me.
well now i've gotta pretend im okay. oof.
they finally break apart
nick and matt go and side hug nessa,the whole time i see matts eyes were on me
did he notice something?
"you must be breya" nessa gets her hand out to shake
i shake her hand and nod while smiling...sorta
"i've heard alot about you!" she says
"good things or bad things?" i ask jokingly
"mostly bad" she says with a straight face
i see all the three boys shooting their heads up in her direction
what did she just say...?

"chill guys im just joking" she says giggling
all of us let out an uneasy laugh

like i said...this is gonna be a looong trip.
