in the last 2 weeks of matches and training for the U20 match, your team had won all their matches

currently playing your last match against Yukimiya and Nagi's team, you were unfortunately on the bench and there were no more switches

Rin and Shidou were running side by side after the ball which was right in front of the goal as the goalie also reached out for it

"get lost insect!"

"why don't you back off under lashes!"

the two were holding onto each other as they had finally made it to the ball

Shidou reached his hand out, pushing Rin's face away as he kicked the ball into the net, scoring the final goal

BEEP. BEEP. BEEP  the buzzer rang, signalling the end of the game and the victory of 5-4 for Team Red

"now he's done it..." you got up jogging in the direction of the two "knowing the both of their short-tempered asses, a fight's gonna break out"

hey, maybe you should consider becoming a fortune teller instead! because the second the two got up, they began throwing punches each others ways

"the match is over!"

"hey knock it off you both!"

people tried to break them apart

Shidou obviously being the buffer and stronger one was able to land a hit on Rin as he kneed him in the face, causing a nose bleed from the latter

the male then lifted his leg up and proceeded to bring it down on the fallen male which would most likely end in a fatal wound or if he's using full force, possible murder

and you were too far to prevent it

that when Shidou was electrocuted into losing consciousness

"man, you made me use Anti-Riot Shock" a sigh came from the speakers and it was none other then your captor Ego Jinpachi "at least you kids now know what happens when you go a little too far"

"either way, the tryouts are over and in 6 hours from now" the male stopped in his words to bring tension among players

you helped Rin up as he wiped his noes with his finger

"I will be announcing the regulars for the match against the U20 Team"

you stabbed your fork into the shrimp on your plate and proceeded the put it in your mouth, enjoying the taste

"Y/N, why don't you use chopsticks like everyone else" Tokimitsu who was walking by your table with his plate asked out of curiosity "OF COURSE YOU DON'T HAVE TO ANSWER IF IT'S A WEIRD QUESTION... I'm sorry"

"oh, it's just hard for me to pick anything up with chopsticks" you scratched the back of your head in embarrassment "i can hold them, but i can't do anything past that"

"and Rin" he turned to the male "is your nose... okay?"

"it's fine, also where'd the antennae freak go?" the male looked up to the shy boy

"he's in a so called 'punishment room' apparently" the buff male looked down

you were kind of worried for the blonde but then again, it was very much deserved with the way he was acting

"Rin, sit up straight unless you want to grow up with back problems," you told the male as he grumbled but followed your advice

"i wonder if I'll get chosen..." igaguri spoke to nobody in particular but caught the ears of a lot of people

"you have the chance of a snowball in hell" raichi leaned against his chair "you just making it here was a miracle"

"hey! don't act high and mighty as if you weren't carried into being here two!" the monk retorted which ended in a series of back-and-forth insults in between the two

everyone went on about their day, some hoping it would go faster to receive the results and some stressing about whether they had made it or not

he then proceeded to explain how he had made the team which was centered around the people with the highest chances of scoring goals
