Hua cheng woke up, feeling the same exact way ever since xie lian had died. But today was much different, it was xie lian's death anniversary. Hua cheng felt even more worse than ever, today marks a year. A YEAR. That xie lian had died

Hua Cheng heads to the bathroom and looks at himself at the bathroom mirror, his dark eyebags hanging around his eyes. His eyes start tearing up once more and starts sobbing silently

He was angry at himself. Angry that he couldn't have prevented xie lian's death, xie lian was murdered. The murderer is still on the loose and hua cheng will not let xie lian die in vain. Hua cheng has been on this case for now a year, he will never give up until he has found the killer that has killed his one and only.

But before that, he went to the cemetery to visit xie lian's grave. Once he reached the cemetery, he headed inside a luxurious building with a coffin in the building, hua cheng sat down on one of the benches inside the majestic building

"Hi, gege... Today marks a year after you have died.. I-im sorry for not being able to help you. I'm so sorry I couldn't prevent your death! But trust me, I will avenge you, gege. I will find your murderer and will not hesitate to make their life a living hell. Mark my words, gege, this is a promise I will never break." Hua cheng said while tears fell from his eyes and onto his lap

Years have past, since then, hua cheng refused to give up on avenging his beloved. But one lucky day, he finally got a lead on the case! After years of nothing! The suspect was Bai Wuxiang, xie lian's stalker who had attempted to murder him ever since he refused to become friends with xie lian when they were still a senior highschool student

Hua Cheng had began his research about this awfully suspicious man and eventually after a few months had enough proof to prove to himself and the court judges that Bai Wuxiang was the killer of xie lian

Hua Cheng took Bai Wuxiang to court and eventually the suspect was indeed guilty of murdering his beloved. Hua Cheng was LIVID at this news, though, he was glad Bai Wuxiang was gonna get a death sentence and 10 years in jail. Apparently Bai wuxiang was a wanted killer for years and had murdered more than 80 victims.

Hua Cheng drove to xie lian's grave and say down immediately with fresh white flowers he held with him

"Gege.. Your uh, stalker, Bai Wuxiang is gonna get a death sentence... I avenged you! I-i actually avenged you... Till now, I'm still guilty I couldn't save you from that lowly scum. May you rest in peace, I love you, My beloved Xie lian." Hua Cheng said as he put the flowers down on the coffin and pulled out a knife

He stabbed himself right where the heart is to make sure he died and finally reunite with his beloved.

The couple lived a wonderful life, they were highschool sweethearts. But, fate decided to take their love away. Xie Lian was murdered brutally and Hua Cheng was left to cry himself to sleep every night due to grief. It hurt him badly and he was glad he avenged his Gege and died, knowing that he justified his dearly beloved's death.
