The Merc had been sitting in a secluded table at a bar, he wouldn't drink on the job tho, knowing he'd have to keep a clear head, sipping on a Coke as he checked his watch, he was 10 minutes early, so he had a little bit of time to 'kill'.

He'd been sent a text the night before, someone who had been dealing with bullshit on someone else's end for a set number of years. After finding Cannons Business card and deciding enough was enough, they had contacted Gunner by text asking to meet there, to talk about a possible hire. Cannon of course had accepted, always willing to help those that were in need where he had the ability to, being skilled at what he did, of course he would use that skill to his and the needy peoples advantage, the city he was in so crime ridden he felt it was the only way to deal with such matters when all the people that had hurt others had usually escaped from the asylum in his chaotic town.

He was almost always looking for danger, if he wasn't already in it. He had continued to sip at his drink, the waiter coming around to check on him, he had decided to order a small bite to eat, thanking the waiter as they wrote down the order and left, soon coming back with a refill of his drink as well, he had thanked them again, with a soft smile, he'd ordered a classic cheesy garlic bread, licking his lips subconsciously, as he ate, soon finishing.

Hearing the door of the bar open and close, yet not paying too much attention to it as he checked his watch, a minute left. Tho even if they weren't on time, he would wait for at least 30 more minutes, as he knew life got wild, especially in the town he was from. Finally, hearing someone sit down across from him, as he was looking toward one of the decor posters on the wall, takin a sip of his drink, he glanced over, examining the person across from them...
