3.embarrassing incident

After talking with Han, you set off to find the principal’s office but soon got lost in the maze of hallways.

"How did I get lost in a school?" you muttered in frustration.

You wandered around, unable to find your way. Just as you were about to give up and call Han for help, you saw a guy running away from a group of girls. He seemed to notice you, got distracted, and tripped. He fell on top of you. The girls behind him asked if he was okay, completely ignoring that you were underneath him.

As he tried to get up, his hands unintentionally landed on your chest. Whether it was on purpose or not, you were annoyed and pushed him off.

"Hey! I’m sorry. I didn’t mean to touch you. Why are you getting so angry over nothing?" he said.

"‘Over nothing’? How dare you!" you snapped.

"Come on, just forget it. I’m leaving," he said and walked off, with the girls following him.

"What a jerk," you muttered.

"Hey, I’m sorry about my friend. He’s not usually like this," came a voice.

You turned to see a new face. "Huh? Who are you?"

"I’m Kim Seungmin. I’m the boyfriend of the guy you bumped into this morning," he introduced himself.

"Oh my gosh, really? I’m so sorry! I didn’t mean to bump into him," you said, feeling guilty.

"Don’t worry about it. You seem lost. Can I help you with something?" Seungmin offered.

"Yes, please! I’m trying to find the principal’s office but somehow got lost," you explained.

"Ah, that’s normal. It happens to new students every year. Come with me; I’ll show you where it is," Seungmin said with a smile.

"Thank you so much! I’m Y/N. Nice to meet you. May I ask how old you are?"

"Oh, I’m 20 years old," Seungmin replied.

"Okay, thanks, hyung, for helping me," you said gratefully.

"No problem," Seungmin said as he guided you through the hallways.

Eventually, you arrived at the principal’s office. You felt like you might have passed by it earlier while wandering around.

"Here you go," Seungmin said, pointing to the door.

"Thank you, hyung," you said.

"No problem. Well, I need to go to class now. See you later, cutie," Seungmin said with a wink.

"See you," you replied, a bit flustered.

Did he just call me "cutie"? You slapped your forehead. "No, Y/N, don’t get boy crazy! He has a boyfriend."

You knocked on the principal's door. After hearing a voice calling you in, you entered.

"Hello, I’m here for my schedule," you said.

The principal greeted you with a warm smile. "Ah, Miss Y/N, nice to finally meet you. Here is your schedule."

She handed you a paper and asked a few questions about how you were adjusting to Korea and if you had a safe trip. After chatting for a while, the school bell rang, signaling the start of your next class.
