Johnnys pov.

we finished our shakes a little bit ago and we are now just talking. outside is kinda windy but all around nice and I now a park around here so why not go? I turn to daniel and smile.

"Hey wanna go for a walk?" I ask. he thinks about it then nods. I smile as we walk through the park. it's so quiet and nice.

"so johnny" he said.

"yeah?" I asked. he sounded like he was going to ask something.

"do you go on walks alot?" He asked looking over at me. I nodded

"Yeah it's a good way to get out. it's kinda calming sometimes" I said looking at him. "do you?" I asked in return. he nodded.

"Yeah I like looking at the flowers and plants. mr.miyagi likes them" he said looking at the ground. he's kinda cu- NOPE. stop. I smile.

"what's your favorite flower?" I asked now curious. he thought about it for a second.

"roses" he said looking over at me. he had a warm smile. nothing like I've ever seen from anyone. it's new. his eyes glowed with their hazle color. his face glowed in the slightly setting sun. I wish I could stay in this moment forever. I'm being over zealous. he would never like me. not after what I did. I smiled and looked away.

"that's cool" I say looking around.

"do you have a favorite flower?" He asked me. I had to really think about this one.

" I like amaryllis. they are such a vibrant color." I look over at him and he's in shock. " huh?" I asked curious about why he's making that face.

"just didn't think you knew much about flowers" he said chuckling.

"well I'm more than meats the eye LaRusso." I said shoving him playfully. we both broke into laughter. he sat down under a tree and watched the sun set and the birds fly. I closed my eyes for a little and just listened to daniel rant about life. at some point he stoped talking. I felt a wait on my shoulder. it wad daniel. my face turned pink but I let him be. I pulled out my Walkman and put on my headphones.

it started to get chilly and I could feel daniel shaking. I got up and tried to wake him up but he looked so, so peaceful. I hesitantly picked him up and carried him like a child. his legs rapped around my torso and his arms around my neck. he fit in my arms perfectly. I started walking back to the dinner and I tried to be quiet. my face was still pink. half from embellishment. I steped on a branch and that little snap woke daniel. not me trying to wake him up but the branch woke him up? he slowly sat up and yawned. I looked at him and he looked flabbergasted. I chuckled. he tried to get down but his legs weren't quite ready. I laughed.

"whatever dude." he said holding onto me for support.

"come here." I said holding my arms out.

"no. I will not be carried like a WHOAA-" I cut him off and picked him up. he didn't fight it so I think he liked it a little. I smirked to myself and he held on for dear life.

" you act like I'll drop you!" I said offended.

" 'cause you probably will!" he said looking at me. I shook my head and chuckled. I walked with Daniel still in my arms until we got to the dinner. I put him down outside and said bye. I began to walk away when Daniel stopped me.

"Hey um, thanks for carrying me back there" he chuckled while saying it. I nodded.

I got on my bike and began to ride home.

I walked through the door and my step dad yelled at me for not telling him I was going to be out. I rolled my eyes and went to my room. I sat there on my bed thinking about today. I was thinking about Daniel as well. His face would fit perfect in my hands. That's it. I like Daniel! But does that mean I'm gay? I never actually liked ali. I just thought she was pretty. I'll figure this out another time. I thought as I rolled over and closed my eyes. Drifting to sleep.
