Encounter.

The Legend Of Herobrine ... Huh? Herobrine?! I remember I heard a lot of stories about this man when I was younger, but I never believed it. D-Did I see him when I was at the cave earlier? He should have killed me If he has seen me! Not take me to my bedroom! No, If must have been someone else since I didn't stare at his eyes for long.

I stayed all night near the fire reading the book until I reach half of it, I couldn't keep my eyes open, the warm fire, Doug sleeping on my lap,and a book in my hands! What's more boring?

I sighed closing the book, realizing this guy is not the person to play games with, but no one has been with him since he fought with Notch and lost. Well I think? He must be alone,who would stay with a soul slayer anyways?... Okay enough of this, sort of philosophy and get some sleep (Y/N)!

For some reason, I just couldn't sleep! My body was exhausted, but inside I felt scared, I looked around, I saw a pair of white eyes far outside, blinked multiple times, and looked again, nothing. My mind must be playing games on me because I'm sleepy, I know I've had a long day, oh my lord I'm delusional.

I put Doug in his bed, then went to mine and had a good nights rest. Doug woke me up and we did the normal routine, I wash off, change into a nice outfit, then we take breakfast. Deciding to get some wood front the forest, I took Doug with me to stretch his legs and play with the other wolves, resting the axe on my shoulder, I wore gloves and then started chopping down wood. After gathering 30 pieces, I planted saplings, while chopping my 17th large tree, I heard footsteps behind me

"(Y/N)?" A male voiced asked. Quickly, I shifted back holding the person then slamming him on the tree, the axe between his legs, my elbow ahead of his neck, and my other hand composing his wrists together. I examined his face and my eyes widened

"Steve?"

"Hello to you too"

"I'm so sorry, I thought you were someone else..." I let him go and took off my gloves then hugged him while Doug growled running towards Steve. He screamed running around as Doug chased him, I started laughing hard

"OH MY NOTCH! (Y/N) PLEASE TELL YOUR DOG TO STOP!!!"

"Why? I'm enjoying this Stevie"

"AHH!" He yelled after Doug jumped on him, I started running towards them and picked Doug up, Steve started rubbing his back getting up, Doug barked making him flinched "Over protective huh?"

I giggled "I just love him more everyday, this day especially" then smirked deviously

"Haha, funny... I hope you got that sarcasm in my t-" He rolled his eyes

"Yes. Yes I did. Why did you come?" I smiled putting Doug down, turned away and continued to chop wood.

"Well..." Steve sat on a stump "I-I came to visit. Old friends right?"

"A friend wouldn't leave another for 7 years. I know your lying, I'm asking you a straightforward question. What do you need from me Steve?" I started hitting the wood harder

"Okay... We a-"

"Who's we?"

"Me, Notch... Minecraftia..."

"I'm listening"

"We need you to come back to the battalion" I froze.

"The infantry?!... You can go back to Notch and tell him to find someone else because I'm not-"
