CHAPTER 6

"Hyung, do you wanna meet them?" Taehyun asked.

"Right now?"

He nodded. "Yes, I know where they are."

"I would NEVER deny such a thing just to meet Yeonjun again." Soobin immediately grabbed his jacket and bag.

Yeonjun and Beomgyu were just talking when a knock in the door startled the two.

"Sorry, I'll go get it." Yeonjun said as he opened the door, where it showed his long awaited love,

Soobin.

"Soobin!" Yeonjun shouted in happiness as he immediately pulled him into a hug. A person behind him then peeked inside.

"Yeonjun.. holy shit, you are here!"

Yeonjun's eyes softened. "Babe, I've been waiting for you. You have no idea how much time I spend in your apartment and you're not there! I missed you so much!"

"I'm sorry, babe. I got busy. I'm so sorry. As soon as I heard you're back, I didn't waste any more time. I miss you so much!" Soobin expresses as he started tearing up, hugging him tightly.

Taehyun on the other hand, immediately sneaked in as he saw Beomgyu on the couch. "Hyung."

Beomgyu looked at Taehyun. "Oh, hey! What are you doing here?"

"Hyung, I came for you! You have been ignoring my messaged and calls for the last few hours." He immediately said, sitting beside Beomgyu, pouting and complaining.

"Oh, I'm sorry, Taehyun. My phone died. Like literally, it's not turning on or charging anymore." Beomgyu said as he pulled out his phone and tried to turn it on but it wasn't working.

"Oh damn.."

"I guess it's time to buy another." Beomgyu said.

"Yeah, anyways. How have you been?"

Beomgyu chuckled the younger's sudden change of topic. "Taehyun, it's been 3 hours since we saw each other. I'm fine."

"It's been 3 HOURS since we saw each other. That shit is not fine to me." He repeated, louder and complaining again.

"Wow, Kang Taehyun who simply push me off in the stairs is now clingy towards me. Can't live 3 hours without me?" Beomgyu teases.

Taehyun stopped and realized how clingy he has been with Beomgyu. "I- no, I was just worried."

"I'm fine, Taehyun! For personal reason, Yeonjun hyung had to drag me because it's about family." He clarified to Taehyun, just so he could stop complaining.

"Wait, so you're really... relatives with Yeonjun hyung?" He asked.

"Yeah! Did I forget to mention that?"

"Maybe."

"Well, I'm sorry for the confusion. Yeonjun hyung and I are cousins. Our family is close because my mother and his dad are the only siblings, that makes us close too." Beomgyu explained.

Taehyun's eyes softened. "Aww, that's cute."

Yeonjun then butted in. "Not really, I was forced to be closer with Beomgyu, he was such an annoying asshole back then."

"Was. You mean I'm not anymore right?" Beomgyu smiled, teasingly giving Yeonjun a look.

"You're still a pain in my ass."

"Hey!"

"Well, small world, right?" Soobin said, chuckling at the two.

Beomgyu took a glance of Soobin and immediately recognized him. "Oh my! Hyung, he was the guy I said who helped me the other day."

Yeonjun blushed. "Of course it's Soobin. No one is more angelic than you are." He said, tracing Soobin's jawline.

"Well, it was just a act of kindness, he needed it that day." Soobin smiled at Yeonjun.

Their faces were centimeters apart. One push and they'd totally do shit together.

"Get a room!" Taehyun suddenly shouted.

"I totally did needed that help! Unlike this asshole who pushed me off the stairs." Beomgyu teases, looking at Taehyun who's already pouting.

Taehyun pouted. "Hyyyyuuuuunggg, I said I'm sorryyy." He said in a baby tone.

Wow, which Taehyun is this?

Beomgyu laughed at Taehyun's pouting face. "I know, I'm joking."

Taehyun then looked at Yeonjun. "Yeonjun hyung, I also owe you an apology, I didn't mean to let a rumor affect the way I view you. I actually missed our bonds together, I'm sorry for acting like a fool."

"No, it's okay! I understand. Soobin also didn't tell you about it, you didn't know, don't be sorry."

Suddenly, Kai who's exhausted from school entered the room as he looked at all of them in shock.

"I'm sorry, what's going on..? Having an open forum without me?!?" Kai jokingly complained.

Yeonjun chuckled. "Come here, Kai! We're so glad you're here."

With the invitation, Kai immediately jumped on the couch and joined all of them as they talk about life and death.
