My soul was burning
The storm in my heart raging
The peace in my mind was disappearing
My eyes were tired of wandering
My feet had no interest in moving.
BUT
Your touch poured water into my soul.
Your voice calmed my heart.
Your presence brought me some kind of peace.
Your face gave my eyes a reason to explore.
Your stare made me lower my gaze as my feet got restless.
