"I mean, you realize they're lying. The whole couch is on fire." Erica says.

"Erica!" Mr. and Mrs. Sinclair simultaneously says again.

"Just the facts." Erica says.

"Are you lying to these policemen, Dusty?" Claudia asks.

"No!" Dustin says.

"Lying to the cops is a crime, son." Mr. Sinclair says.

"I'm not lying!" Lucas says.

"The fire is consuming us." Erica says.

"Threaten them with a little jail time. Maybe that'll loosen their lips." Ted says.

"Ok..." Dustin starts to say.

"You wanna send our kids to jail?" Mrs. Sinclair asks, incredulously.

"They need to take this seriously." Ted says.

"He didn't mean it like that." Karen says.

Everyone then starts to argue with each other.

"Shut up!" Chief Powell yells and everyone goes quiet.

"Someone needs to take a couple chill pills." Gemma mutters to herself before giggling.

"We're gonna try a more civilized approach. One at a time. You first." Chief Powell says, pointing at Max.

"Wait, what? Why me?" Max asks.

"Follow me." Chief Powell says.

"I'm not even in the Hellfire club." Max says.

"Do I need to cuff you?" Officer Callahan asks.

Max furrows her eyebrows at him.

"Up. Chop chop. Let's go." Officer Callahan says.

Max sighs before getting up.

"If Max goes, I go too." Gemma says, getting up as well.

Officer Callahan looks at Chief Powell who shrugs.

"Ok. Come with us." Officer Callahan says before he and Chief Powell walk off.

The stepsisters share a look before going after them.

In the cell, Hopper, Rudy, Dmitri, and the other prisoners are watching the guards set the battle pit up for the fight.

Dmitri nods and Rudy looks over his shoulder and watches Hopper rip off a piece of his jacket and stuffing it into his pocket.

"You know, what we are to attempt is quite mad. Even by your guy's standards, Americans." Dmitri says, looking at Hopper and Rudy.
