I put my phone In my pocket kicking a rock on the sidewalk as I was walking home. Why does he always get into my business MY BUSINESS! I thought to myself. I didn't know what to think about him anymore I just wanted things to go back to normal... me and lizzie being the seablings we are.
I opened the door to the house greeted with the smell of, salmon pasta! I ran to the kitchen hugging lizzie "YOU MADE SALMON PASTA?!" She smiled, "Happy first day back to school seabling." I was so excited it was my favorite dish she makes.
"Hey lizzie?"
"Yeah?"
"Out of curiosity, where's Joel?"
She just frowned and put her hand on my shoulder. "Jimmy its not a secret, we know you've been going through some stuff so I sent Joel out for the night to not only find you a therapist, but so we can spend some time together..." Lizzie smiled at me trying to make It sound comforting.
A Therapist?! What does she think I am?!?! Mentally ill?!!! I hated the sound of that, But I honestly never had a therapist, so I just sighed and smiled poorly at her. (fake smile) Lizzie laughed at me a little, "Lets just eat dinner Jimmy!" she's lived with me my entire life of course she knows the difference between a smile and a fake one! Though beside from that I'm thankful Joels gone for now.
