Chapter 5

I shrugged "I guess I got teleported?" I must have not noticed Hyrule doing his thing as I suddenly felt something cold on my wounded hand "Woah! That's cold." I said out of pure surprise not expecting this. "Sorry. I thought you were distracted enough not to notice. Just try not to move much, it'll be done faster than you think." Hyrule apologized continuing to heal my hand. "How are you doing that..?" I quickly gasped "Sorry that was meant as an inner thought".

"He's a healer. He has magic hands." Legend said before leaving us alone.

"Hey man, not cool!" Hyrule screamed in Legends direction before turning back to me. "He is right though. I have healing powers." "How so?" I asked with almost a child looking like expression on my face. I must have looked like a little kid waiting for their parent to tell them a goodnight story. "That is a story for another time...For now go talk to Time." Hyrule put his hand on my shoulder squeezing it reassuringly as he got up. "Right...Wait! It's healed?" I quickly stood up inspecting my hand finding nothing not even a scar. "Damn boy you do great magic! Thanks a lot! What do I owe you?" I said amazed yet very thankful for what he did for me. "You don't owe me anything. I'm the healer, it's my role in this team. And now go or I'll just assume you are scared of him." "And that is my cue to leave." I turned around but before I left "Thank you for this. I truly appreciate it.".

It took me a while to find Time but I found him eventually. I was really hesitant in approaching him but I knew I needed to. "Um Time?" "Yes? Oh Y/N. What are you doing here?" Time said looking up from the maps he was going through. "That is actually why I was told to speak with you. Wild said you could explain a thing or two." I sat carefully down so we could talk more comfortably. "Is your name Link?" "No and you already know that." "Have you ever wielded the Master sword?" "I wouldn't say "wielded" but I did have it in my hands" "Are you a sage perhaps?" "Not that I know about that." "Then I fear I have no idea why you are here. But I must ask. You said you held the Master sword...Only the chosen ones can hold it. How come you were able to hold it without any outcomes or did you feel anything while holding it?" "Nope, nothing unless you count tiredness but honestly a week after that my insomnia started now that I think about it. But otherwise, it was like holding any other sword but of course this one is different. It's the sword of the evil's bane! The one that seals the darkness!" I said the last two sentences dramatically to lighten up the mood because I felt it was getting a bit too serios there. "Interesting...Any weird dreams? Or nightmares?" Time asked voice calm and colorless as ever. "Sometimes yes." "What are those nightmares about?" ¨

"I um I don't want to talk about it..." I said looking away from him feeling uncomfortable with all these questions. "That's okay. No pressure but if you ever want to talk about it you can come to anyone here." Times voice was soft and warm it really made me feel a bit more at ease than how I felt a few seconds ago. "Thank you but for now I think it'll be better to get to know you guys. Well at least until all of this is figured out. Now that I mention figuring things out...do you need help with the maps?" I pointed to the maps laid all over the place with my hand. "Don't you have anything better to do?" Time said with a raised brow. "Nah, give me a sec. You won't figure anything out like this. You have to find a high spot from where you can get a better look around the surroundings." I stood up looking around for a good tree to climb. Not missing Times amused expression.

"Actually that won't be necessary. I know where we are." I watched Twilight approach Time and going through a few maps until he found the right one. "Here. This is the correct map and if you are wondering where we are..." he pointed at the map "right here.".

"Faron Woods?" I asked now looking at the map in his hands. "Yes and Temple of Time, well at least what's left of it, is like 3-4 hours away from here." Twilight said. "We are quite deep within the woods. Let's stay here for the night and set off in the morning. If we head south we should be able to reach Ordon village. That is where I grew up. We could stay there for a bit, recharge and buy some things while we are there." Time patted Twilight on his shoulder "Great. Thanks for the help also it would be better if you take the lead from here. You know these woods and where every step leads." "I uh-"
