I gasp as the water enters my mouth.
The water is so calm, I feel at peace.
I slowly close my eyes and try to swim up.
I only make myself tired, and I soon give up.
By then, I felt muscular arms grasp me and pull me up.
I feel the water leave my face as I gasp for breath.
I cough a few times and take deep breaths.
"Y/N, are you okay?!" Nagisa yells.
"I...I'm...fine." I gasp out.
"Geez, gave me a heart attack." Someone said next to me, I felt their breath on my neck.
"Haru! You should at least ask if she's alright!" Kou said.
Haru ignored her and helped me out.
"I'm okay..." I said again.
"That was your fault Kou." Rei commented.
"Oi!" She hissed. "I didn't mean too! I just wanted to know about Haru and her."
"He's... My best friend!" I said loudly. "That's it!"
I felt my cheeks heat up in embarrassment but I didn't care, I walked out of the are and exited the building.
"Y/N! Wait!" Haru yelled after me.
Haru's POV
I see Y/N walk away and can't help but to get frustrated.
I sigh in annoyance and close my eyes.
"Nice job." I spat and ran out for her.
I usually don't snap at people, but they almost caused Y/N to drown.
I see Y/N almost leaving the entire property, but I stop her in time.
"Wait." I said as I hold her arm.
A few moments of silence go by.
"Why did you break our cover?" She asked.
"I want you to do more then just cheer me on. I want you to come with me after my meets and talk to my friends" I say.
She just sighed and looked at me, "but I congratulate you when you're on you way home." She said.
"It's different." I said. "Please, just attempt to communicate with them." I said.
She nods. "Okay, I'll try." She said.
"Good." I said and ruffled her hair. "Now go home, it's still cold. I'll come over later." I said.
"Okay."
