CHAPTER 4

Jeff opened the house door furiously, he was so tired that he didn't pay any attention to the house and took his way directly to his bedroom

" jeff, where are you going?"

Jeff startled when he heard his dad's  sharp voice,
When he turned around, he found his mom and dad already sitting in the living room, staring darkly at him and waiting for him to move.

" 'they were sitting there? Shit if i knew they were waiting for me, i  would sleep at Ja's' hi mom dad, it's so late, why are you still awake? " jeff said in the coldest way ever

" because we need to talk "

Jeff's heart started to beat fast, the look in their eyes was dark and sharp, 

He ignored it and went to sit on the couch front of them, and waited for them to speak

" your dad is a little sick, and you know your dad has been in London for years building up your life, there was so much work to do only by himself that took his health away"

jeff's mom looking unconcerned of what she was saying 

However, Jeff didn't get the chance to ask what does she mean by her words, because she gave him the answer right away

" so we decided that me and your dad will take care of the company we have here in bangkok, and you will take your dad's place in lond-"

" W-WHAT THE HELL MOM?!!!"

" JEFF!! DON'T RAISE YOUR VOICE!"

Jeff froze, his dad just shouted on his face for the second time in a row in his entire life

" m-mon.. i can't do this!... h-how...i'm already taking good care of our company he-" jeff felt defeated and said in his shaky voice

"  we can't take care of the other one in London right now, your dad was planning to give it up to your older brother, but he got married and opened his own company ... you're still young and intelligent, and you can do it just like you did it here, the house is all yours in London, you can do whatever you want there, date Whoever you want there, go o-"

Jeff cut her words by suddenly chuckling,

He realized why they were telling him those nonsense,

" and i can't date whoever i want here, that's what you mean, right mom? Because over there, no one will judge you and ruin your reputation? Right? I'm sure i am right." Jeff said with a broken smile on his face, his parents will never accept him, no matter what  

his mom expression didn't change, means he was right 

and if you took a look at it, His dad was not sick.... his dad was even healthier than ever

And the company in London had actually someone taking care of it instead of his dad, he knew all of this
