CONSEQUENCE OF TEMPTATION

Chapter Six

"Welcome to Taiwan, Mr. Montenegro." His Chinese accent greeted me, "Tomorrow, I will pick you up ten am for conference business okay?"

"Yeah, thanks." I answered. He dropped me off to the hotel. I checked in at nagpahinga na ko nang makapasok sa hotel room. Nakatulog ako at nang magising ako ay gabi na. Naligo muna ko bago ko lumabas ng hotel room para mag-dinner sa restaurant sa baba. After eating, I head to my room and sleep again.

Kinabukasan, nagsuot lang ako ng simpleng tuxedo para sa business conference. Pagdating sa hotel na paggaganapan ng event ay madami nang media at business man ang dumating. I scanned my eyes and saw familiar faces from the business world. I was greeted by some of them and had a little talks about business.

"I'm glad you came." A cold voice approached my back. Tumalikod ako at nakita ko si Magnus na naka-ngisi sa'kin habang may hawak na champagne.

"Of course I will. I was invited and they expect me to come." I answered calmly.

"I thought the Montenegros don't come in events like this because they treat conference like this a cheap charity event." Asik niya kaya ngumisi ako.

"Maybe you're pertaining to yourself, Mr. Elinzano. I can see how bored you are. Oh, the doors are still open. You can take your leave if you want." Hindi agad to nakasagot at nang may dumaan na waiter ay kumuha ko ng champagne.

"Rookie." Inis na aniya. Nginisian ko lang to at inangat ang champagne glass na hawak ko.

"Cheers." I said and take my leave.

Hindi na muling nagtagpo ang landas namin ni Magnus. Baka umuwi na siya dahil sa inis. Hanggang sa mag-simula ang conference ay wala na ni anino niya. They call me to speak in front and I discussed how I manage to achieve more. Nagpalakpakan naman sila nang matapos ako.

After the program, nag-lunch na kami at hinayaan na mag-usap usap tungkol sa business. Nang mapagod ako ay dumiretso ako sa bar counter sa gilid. I ordered a whisky and had a few drinks when a woman sat beside me. She's wearing a mask making me curious.

"One margarita, please." I heard her say. Tumingin ito sa'kin at ngumiti kaya tumango ako bago iniwas ang tingin, "Hi." Aniya kaya napatingin ako sa kanya.

"Hello." I greeted. Her red lips curved and turn her body to face me.

"Zephyr Montenegro, right?" She asked. Is it just me or her tone is really bitter? I shook that idea off.

"Yes. You are?"

"Just call me Bela." Aniya. Nilahad ko naman ang kamay ko para makipag-shakehands pero tinignan niya lang 'yun kaya binaba ko na lang.

"Well, nice to meet you Bela." I answered and turn my gaze to the whisky I have.

"Are you single?" She approached me again.

"Yeah." Tipid na sagot ko. Hindi naman kasi ako interesado sa kanya. Isa pa ay parang gano'n din siya. Hindi na to muling nag-salita kaya hindi na lang din ako umimik pero maya-maya ay naramdaman kong lumapit ito sa'kin. I felt her breath in my neck making me gasped mentally.

"You look so fuckable." She moaned. Agad akong humarap sa kanya at nakita ang ngisi sa labi niya. Kunot noo ko siyang tinignan dahil di ko naiintindihan kung anong gusto niya. She doesn't seem to be interested with me but she's now flirting me.

"Excuse me?" I asked. Her laugh was so damn sexy and it was a temptation to crush my lips to that sexy lips. My cock hardened when she lean down to me and I felt her breasts against my arm.

"I'm sorry. Ang gwapo mo kasi."

"Nagtatagalog ka?"
