There was times I was selfish
There was times I lost myself
At times couldn't help it
Not afraid to say if I'm wrong....
Despite everything I've been through,
despite all these roadblocks and tears,
I'm still here facing my fears.
Apologies if I left you hurting,
it was all a process of learning,
Who I am, I know I ain't perfect
and I'm sorry.
I've had to make sacrifices along the way,
there's been people that I've pushed away.
Some of them I regret to this day,
but I will say that I'm still proud of myself
and how far I've come.
