Part 27: Suits

We are at the avengers compound to see Rhodes vision is injured from some aliens that attacked him for the stone

We are walking up to the room he is in and we saw him talking to Ross who was a hologram right now

Mr. Secretary. Steve said

You got some nerve. I'll give you that. Ross said

You could use some of that right now. Natasha said

The world's on fire. And you think all is forgiven? Ross asked

I'm not looking for forgiveness. And I'm way past asking permission. Earth just lost her best defender. So we're here to fight. And if you want to stand in our way... we'll fight you too. Steve said and Ross looked at Rhodes

Arrest them. Ross said

All over it. Rhodes said and swiped the holograms away

That's a court-martial. It's great to see you, Cap. Rhodes said

You too, Rhodey. Steve said and they shook hands

Natasha hugged him and Rhodes looked at me

Good to see you kid. He said

You too. I said

Sorry about your dad. He said

It's fine, we'll find him. I said

You should probably go call Pepper, she misses you. Rhodes said

Sure. I said

Just go to Natasha's room. He said

I nodded and left the room going to Natasha's room

I pulled out my phone and typed in Pepper's number

Hello. She said

Pepper, it's Anthony. I said

Anthony, oh my god, did you hear about your father? She asked

Yeah I called to see if you were okay. I said

I'll be fine when he gets home. She said

Listen, Pepper, stay safe and I will call you later. I said

Okay, be safe. She said

I will. Bye. I said and hung up

I went to the room the others were in and I went over to Natasha

Hey. Natasha said putting her hand on my arm

Hey. I said

Is Pepper okay? She asked

Yeah, she said she was fine. I said and I kissed her cheek

Okay, look. Thanos has the biggest army in the universe... and he is not going to stop until he gets... Vision's stone. Bruce said

Then we have to protect it. Natasha said

Natasha, we can't fight a huge army off for one stone. We should destroy the stone, we destroy the stone Thanos can't get it and we win. I said

What are you saying? Steve asked

Wanda is powerful and the stone obviously reacts to her powers, she could destroy it. I said

And vision will die. Wanda said

But millions of people would be alive and safe, it's one life or the rest of the damn world, Wanda. I said and Natasha put her hand on my arm

Anthony is right, eliminating the stone is the only way to be certain that Thanos can't get it. Vision said

That's too high a price. Wanda said

Only you have the power to pay it. Vision said and Wanda walked away from him

Thanos threatens half the universe. One life cannot stand in the way of defeating him. Vision said

But it should. We don't trade lives, Vision. Steve said and I ran a hand through my hair

Captain, 70 years ago, you laid down your life... to save how many millions of people? Tell me, why is this any different? Vision asked

Because you might have a choice. Your mind is made up of a complex construct of overlays. Jarvis, Ultron, Tony, me, the stone. All of them mixed together, all of them learning from one another. Bruce said

You're saying that vision isn't just the stone? Wanda asked

I'm saying that If we take out the stone... there's still a whole lot of Vision left. Perhaps the best parts. Bruce said

Can we do that? Natasha asked

Not me, not here. Bruce said

Well, you better find someone and somewhere fast. Ross isn't just gonna let you guys have your old rooms back. Rhodes said

I know somewhere. Steve said

Even if we try this we won't be able to get the stone out fast enough, and I really don't think my dad can stall Thanos for a long time. I said

We will worry about that later. Steve said

I scoffed and left the room

I went to my dad's workshop where he had all his suits

Then I kept looking at all the suits then I saw the suit he made me

I touched the helmet

Then I went over to his desk and saw a small button on it

What the hell. I said and pushed it

I heard moving behind me and I turned around and saw the wall opening up

When it was fully open I saw a small room that had super suits in it

Oh my god. I said and I saw a black suit that was like Steve's it had a A on the helmet and on the left side of the chest

There was also a shield next to it

I had the suit on and we were walking off the ship because we made it to wakanda

We saw the king and his guards

Seems like I'm always thanking you for something. Steve said to T'challa

So how big of an assault should we expect? T'challa asked

Uh, sir, I think you should expect quite a big assault. Bruce said

How we looking? Natasha asked

You will have my kings guard, the border tribe, the Dora milaje, and. T'challa pointed at something

And a semi-stable 100 year old man. Bucky said as he walked over and then hugged Steve

What's up Buck. I said and hugged him

How you been, Buck? Steve asked

Uh, not bad, for the end of the world. Bucky said

Nice arm Buddy. I said and slapped his metal arm

Thanks, nice suit. He said

Thank you I love it, my dad made it for me. I said

Nice but where's the shield? He asked and I held up my wrist and the shield appeared
