Chapter 4

"Let me continue." He smiled reassuringly squeezing my arm. "They were teleported here from different times. They don't really know how or for what reason, but it happened and it could happen again. They want me to pack some things to be ready for whatever comes."

"So...you'll leave and you don't know when or where nor you know when you'll came back aand you have no idea who is behind this, correct?"

"Yes"

"This is crazy! And not the good type." I said running my hand through my hair.

"I feel like this is just a start of something way bigger..." Link grabbed his bag ready to leave holding the door open for me.

I stood up joining him at his side worry written all over my face. This wasn't good not at all. Suddenly the ground shook making me and Link fall to the ground. As I fell I must have hit my head because after that I saw only darkness. 

When I opened my eyes again I was no longer in Links house. It was some kind of woods. The woods were dark, white mist hugging the trees yet strikes of light fought their way through the milky mist giving some source of light to this dark place. I widened my eyes quickly getting to my feet looking around noticing Link was no longer with me. I could feel my heart beating as if I was running at full speed.

"Link! Link! Where are you?" I was looking around trying to get a glimpse of Links colorful tunic or his blond hair but to no avail. I sat down taking a few breaths to calm myself down. "Okay, let's go over what happened...I was with Link, the ground shook and now I'm in unfamiliar woods all alone. Without a weapon. So basically, I'm dead. Well, this was a good life." I laid down on the ground waiting for my death.

As I was just laying there with my eyes closed I could hear some noise coming from a bush nearby a bit after followed by the sounds of footsteps. "Um why are you laying on the ground?" Wait a second I know that voice! I quickly opened my eyes standing up "WILD!! Omg I'm so happy you're here! Have you seen Link? We were together then the ground shook and BUM! I'm here! But where is here?! How did that even happen? Is it just me and you??"

"Woah! Calm down!" he laughed "One by one. The whole group is not that far away from here. I haven't seen him and if you want an explanation talk to Time." He said counting each thing on his fingers. "I was sent to gather some wood so if you don't mind helping? I mean if there are two on this task it'll be done faster and I will take you to our camp afterwards." "Yeah, I'll help just don't get distracted like you did the last time." I laughed slightly bumping his shoulder.

We've been searching for wood for a while now. Wild was few meters away from me searching on his own. I was about to grab another twig when I heard loud footsteps and sounds similar to pig squeaks just behind a bush. "Bokoblin" I whispered to myself squatting down carefully trying to look at how many of them we are dealing with. I could see 3 of them, 2 had weapons and the third was just sleeping on the ground. Considering I had no weapons retreat was the best options at the moment.

I carefully started going back to where I came from trying not to step on any of the twigs. Once I thought I was far enough for the bokoblins to not hear me I stood up hurriedly making my way to where Wild was. In my hurried pace I didn't notice a protruding tree root which lead to me tripping over it and falling with a loud thud. "Are you okay?" I heard Wild scream from where he was. "Yea I just tripped over a tree root, nothing to worry about." I said standing up from the ground and picking up all the twigs that spread all over the place when I fell.

As I was picking up the twigs I heard the stupid sounds of bokoblins but this time they were getting louder by the second. Shit did they hear us? Who am I kidding they must have if not me falling then me telling Wild I was okay.
