Today is my fist day in barcelona, I'm super excited but also nervous. I want to make a good impression and show that I deserve to be there because a lot of people have told me that I'm not good enough but I'll show them that i am!

I get a lot of comments like

"Are you sure? that's different from school football"

" you gotta train a lot to even be on their level!"

"Lionel messi is the captin there he will be disappointed.."

"Who are you trying to be??"

And more

comments that can put me down
I've tried so hard that they won't do it..

Well Sometimes yeah they did but every time I pushed myself up again and again and again

And now...now i have the chance of my life and i won't screw it up!

"You have reached your destination" I heard Siri say

I was so in my thoughts that I didn't even notice that I'm already there

I got out of my car and walked to the entrance

"Good morning, can i have ur Name pls?" said a young lady

"Hello, it's Neymar da Silva Santos Júnior" i told her

She looks through her list and after a few seconds she looked at me with a smile

"Ur the new one right?" I nodded

"Perfect please follow me the coach would like to speak to you first"

"Alright thanks"

I follow her and looked around, it looks so great and is really big

"Okay were here" she said and knocked on the door

"Come in!"

we entered the room and the coach looked up from his papers

"Boss neymar the new guy is here" she told him

"Neymar! nice to see you! how are you?"

he stood up and took my hand

"Good a little nervous but also very excited" i smiled at him

"That's good to hear and you don't have to be they all know that you are coming and are already very excited"

he took me on the shoulder and started walking down the floors with me

"I'm really happy to have you here kiddo I've heard a lot about you and your skills ofc no pressure take the time you need to get here first..but it's also nice to have someone younger here, most of them are 3 or more years older but don't worry most of them act like 3 years younger so"

i laughed at the thing he said and so it went on

I was very happy that most people here are nice I was a little less nervous now

"So Here's the changing room, one locker has your name on it, here's the key, don't lose it, in the locker you will find your tranings clothes, change your clothes and then come to the field, I'll be there too"

"Okay thank you" he gave me the keys and i went to my locker which is a bit further away from the ohters
not much just 2-3 lockers more but thats good
because i never really liked it when people see me changing my clothes because lets say I do hide a few things but we will come to that later.

I put on my clothes and my shoes and looked at the mirro for just a quick check

I walked to the field and saw how the others were training but soon I noticed that the whole anxiete came back and even worser.

"Kid over here!" I heard the coach yelling

I ran to him, he explained a few things to me before he called everyone to form a circle

I saw how the coach called someone to him
I knew it had to be the new one that coach had already informed us about

"Hey luis! Come here" lionel said

"Whats up lionel?"

"Look I think coach is talking to the new one"

"Oh yeah I see that...do you think it's him? He looks pretty young to me.." luis looked at him

"He wears barc jersey so I think yes"

"circle!" They heard the coach yelling

"Well were going to find it out now"

they all formed a circle and all eyes were on the young brazil boy

"Well everyone I wanted to introduce you to our new teammate his name is Neymar da Silva Santos Júnior or just neymar jr"

"Hey" neymar said in a smale voice

"so i would say let's start with some little games against each other you can choose the teams and please guys remember it's just a friendly game don't take it seriously, alright?, i'm looking at you piqué"

some laughed and pique was pissed but nobody cares

It then was leo team vs suarez team

neymar got into suarez team not really chosed cuz he was the last one but he had expected that as the new one

The game went great, it was 2 to 2
and the next goal would make the winner.
neymar held back a bit because he was still not sure but also because the other guys more or less ignored him

but then when the ball came uncontrollably to him he took the chance and ran with the ball.

leo and luis came running in front of him and tried to take the ball away

no one from his team was close to pass the ball so he made his sombrero flick
First by luis then leo

which shocked the whole team, both of them fall on the ground

Neymar tooked the chace and kicked the ball and.....GOALLL
The team celebrated with neymar and the other were still shocked by the trick the brazil boy pulled out

Even leo and luis didn't move from the spot eyes wide open and completely shocked

"Alright, alright! remember we make these games for practice and we are a team, now, do a few more exercises and that's it for today, neymar please come to me"the coach yelled

everyone started practicing in small groups and neymar went to the coach

I walked slowly to the coach
I regret that i pulled out this trick
i mean... for me it wasn't really anything special but it surprised the whole team

they probably think now i just want to show off....

"Neymar this was amazing!! where did you learn that from"

"Well i pretty much taught it myself sir"

"You did? Wow you know what keep this up and I see big in u boy!"

"Thank you so much sir" I smiled

"Now let's stop with the talking and go do some training" he smiled back to me and went back in

i go back to the field not really knowing what to do So I did what I love to do... running
