As the group finally arrived at Paula's class, Matthew blushed as he wanted Paula to give the book back to Karen. Paula looked at him confused as he explained that he had found the book on the lunch table and thought Karen would want it back. Paula smiled and nodded as the group left.

❝ Paula, over here! ❞ Belle waved and Paula quickly made her way over.

Before they could talk, Paula handed the book to Karen, who happily hugged Paula.  ❝ Oh my god! I have been looking for this all night. Where'd you find it? ❞ Karen asked.

❝ It wasn't me, but Matthew asked me to give it to you,❞ Paula gestured, making Karen blush and Belle teasing her.

❝ Enough with that, now let's have a serious talk,❞ Belle said, dropping her smile and looking serious.

❝ Rumor has it that you were late with Joulo. I thought we told you he's dangerous!❞ Karen voiced her concern.

Then the teacher interrupted them by calling the girls' attention for the upcoming group assignment of finding ten reflections on life, Aira suggested the girls should be in the same group.

Belle happily agreed, and Karen was excited about watching a movie at Aira's house after. The group left the classroom all excited about their project and plans for the evening.

The final bell rang, and Paula was relieved that school was over.

Finally, she could hang out with her new friends. Aira even called Paula's aunt to ask permission, and even though Paula's aunt gave a fake laugh, she allowed Paula to go.

❝ Let's get going then!❞ Belle exclaimed, leading the way to Aira's car.  Aira asked if they wanted to go shopping, but Karen suggested they go to her house instead.

❝ Yeah, I want Paula to see your home too, so let's just go,❞ Belle agreed.

❝ Fine, my house it is then,❞ Aira said as she drove towards her family's mansion.

Thirty minutes later, they finally arrived.❝ We're here, Paula! This is Aira's house,❞ Karen exclaimed, pointing towards the massive mansion.

Paula was in awe. It was like a castle, bigger than her uncle's house.❝ Well, let's get started on having some fun! We can work on our project another day, ❞ Aira giggled.The rest laughed in agreement.

As the room filled with laughter, Paula just sat there quietly, observing her new friends. She felt grateful to have these amazing people in her life, and she didn't want to ruin the moment by talking about herself.

❝ Alright, it's confession time! Let's get to know each other better. Paula, we especially need to learn more about you, ❞ Karen exclaimed as they sat down on Aira's bed.

❝ I'll start since you all know a bit about my family already. My parents own a large pharmaceutical company, and I happen to be an only child. It's quite ironic, but my cousin's name is Matthew,❞ Aira shared while turning to face Paula.
