"I am fine being single, stop meddling into my affairs and go to work already or else Auntie is going to nag me" Phayu said.
"Never. My mom loves you" Pai said.
"Haha.Because I spoil her" Phayu said.
"Yeah. She even made a joke that we should just marry each other, she'll be happy" Pai laughed it off as a joke but Phayu couldn't help but hide a smile.
"Stop joking around and finish eating already! "Phayu said.
Pai smiled and continue to eat until he finished his meal. After eating, Pai helped cleared the table . He rolled his sleeves and was about to help with the dishes when Phayu stopped him.
" I'll do it, I don't want you to be late. You still have some clothes in the guest room upstairs, just shower here and go to work directly"Phayu said.
"Woah. You sounded like a really house hubby, whoever ends up with you is lucky"Prapai said.
" Stop talking nonsense and go already"Phayu said, blushing.
" Haha. Fine, you always want to get rid of me right away"Pai sulked and made his way upstairs, taking his blazer with him.
As he did so, something fell out of his pocket. Pai looked down and saw the paper with Sky's number .
"I-It's Sky's number! How did it get here?" Pai yelled.
"I don't know. Who cares. You going to text him?"Phayu asked.
"Of course! Maybe ask him out on a date"Pai said, excitedly.
Phayu resisted the urge to from, he forced a smile and looked at his friend.
" Good luck then, I hope he says yes"Phayu said.
" Thanks! I'm gonna go get ready. We leaving together? I know you forgot your motorcycle at your shop"Pai asked.
" It's fine. My brother is coming to pick me up. You can go get ready and leave after"Phayu answered.
Pai smiled and nodded as he then headed upstairs to freshen up. Once he was done washing the plates, he got a message from Sky in FB.
Sky:Oho! Traitor! Sky:Why'd you give P'Pai my number? Phayu:Because he likes you? I am his friend after all. Sky:Such a good friend you are, but a bad senior 😮💨 . If I wanted to give him my number, I would've. But whatever. Phayu:Give him a chance na? I promise he is nice Sky:Even if I do give him a chance, I don't think I can make him happy. Maybe he needs to be with someone else Phayu:What do you mean N'Sky? Sky:Nothing. Don't mind it P'. But really, if you change your mind, just message me here since you gave my number away. Bye!
Phayu's eyebrows met in the middle, confused by what Sky meant. Then his eyes widen at the sudden though of:
'He couldn't have noticed my feelings for Pai, can he? No! What are you talking about Phayu? You were careful. Maybe N'Sky is just teasing me'he thought to himself.
After 15 more minutes, Pai came down dressed in his usual business attire.

Phayu couldn't easily tear his gaze away from his best friend, he looked very handsome.
"You're staring. I know you think I am handsome. You need to get out of those overalls sometimes, you look nice in casual clothes" Pai teased, making Phayu blush.
"Well because I'm mostly working on things in my shop, I don't want to dirty up my nice clothes. Those are reserved for date days" Phayu said.
"Date days? Didn't you just say you weren't into relationships"?Pai asked.
"I'm not. But who knows, maybe someone can change my mind" Phayu said.
"Haha. Good luck then, my friend. I'll text you if I'm coming over later or not. N'Aky hasn't answered my text. I might swing over his faculty" Pai said.
"You are such a stalker" Phayu said.
" And you're coming with me, for emotional support of course"Pai said, smiling widely.
"Nope, you're on your own"Phayu said but Pai grabbed his hand and had his puppy dog face on him again.
"Please come with me na? Please? You love me. Na, na, na, na? "Pai pleaded, Phayu sighed in defeat.
" Fine!Just stop giving me that look"Phayu gave up again.
" Yes! I know you love me"Pai yelled as he hugged Phayu tightly.

" Let go already! You're too close"Phayu complained.
" Fine. Don't forget you promised to come with me later. Bye! "Pai said happily as he took his bag and made his way to work finally.
Suddenly he got a notification in his FB
Sky wants to add you as their friend Rain wants to add you as their friend.
He usually doesn't accept people he don't know very well, but this time he thought to hell with it and accepted both friend requests.
Rain:P'Phayu! Thanks for accepting my friend request. Rain:I heard P'Pai and you are coming to our faculty. I can't wait to see you
He chuckled, this kid certainly is happy go-lucky. He reminded Phayu of when Pai was younger-annoying, full of life and strangely very optimistic.

Was all Phayu replied and it was enough to trigger a flood of messages from Rain.
'Strange guy,but cute.. I guess'Phayu said.
"Maybe this is for the best" Phayu said to himself.
