The Proposal: Part Two

Start from the beginning

I hear a quiet chuckle and crack an eye open to see Lizzie leaning over the back of the couch, an amused grin on her face. "Hi, there. You look comfy."

I return the smile, reaching up to caress the side of her face, running my thumb over her pronounced cheekbone. "I am very comfortable. Did you enjoy your party?"

The blonde nods, leaning into the palm of my hand. "I did."

"What was your favorite part?"

"Definitely the cake."

I scoff, causing her to laugh as I remove my hand from her face and sit up. "Well that's just rude. I'll be taking that ring back then."

Lizzie's laughter dies instantly and the blonde jumps away as I move out to grab at her, pointing a scary finger at me. "No. The only way you'll be getting this ring back is if I am dead."

I roll my eyes at her dramatics and stand up from the couch. "I was only joking, my love."

Now that there's no one else here besides us, I shed my jacket and toss it over the arm before eyeing the pile of gifts on the coffee table that I debate on just leaving there until tomorrow. I really don't want to carry all that up there right now, especially when there's so much better things I could be doing. Or, more specifically someone I could be doing. And that someone is my future wife, who's looking at me like she really wants to take me right here and now if the intense look in her eyes is anything to go by.

"Stop looking at me like that."

The blonde raises an eyebrow, but that look in her doesn't waiver in the slightest. If anything the raised eyebrow only adds to it, and it makes me involuntarily shutter. "Like what?"

I motion towards her with my hand as I narrow my own eyes at her. "Like that, with that intense eye thing you're doing."

"I don't know what you're talking about, I'm just looking at you."

I let out a huff as her gaze rakes over me, her voice taking on that huskiness that makes my insides melt and a warm feeling spread to the center of my thighs. "You're looking at me like I'm a snack or something."

The blonde hums as she purses her lips, her head tilting to the side. "Baby, you are a snack. Have you seen the way you look tonight?"

My cheeks instantly heat up at that, and I cross my arms over my chest and look away from her, because I just can't think straight when she does that. I didn't originally plan to wear this outfit, Scarlett ended up having to convince me to even buy it in the first place, but I'm kind of glad that she did if this is the attention I'm getting for it. "Jesus Christ, Lizzie, you're killing me."

I hear more than see the blonde chuckle, and a few seconds later hear the sound of her heels clicking on the wood floors echo around the empty room. I chance a glance up when her legs come into view, getting momentarily distracted by the sight of the bare thigh that the slit in her dress reveals, only to see her smirking at me. "Sorry, I just can't help myself. You just look really, really, good tonight and as your future wife I reserve the right to look all I want."

Alright, so if we're going to play that game, Elizabeth, then so be it.

With an innocent smile I shuffle on my feet for a moment before taking a step forward, catching the blonde off guard as her smirk falters just a bit. "Of course you're allowed to look, my love. This is all yours, but I have a question."

Lizzie eyes me warily. "Okay?"

"Where did we stand on the whole Mommy kink thing of yours?"

I have to force myself to keep a straight face as the blonde's blushes, her usually pale skin reddening all the way down into her chest as her green eyes widen slightly, although they're not very green at the moment. Her pupils have blown, and I just raise an eyebrow as she visibly swallows. "I, uh-."
