I did it, I finally did it! I finally defeated that evil man and what do I get from the entire city? Nothing, not even a thank you, because I'm always in the shadow of the big heroes, the ones everyone knows. They don't do anything to save the people though! They make us "sidekicks" do all the work for them!
I don't understand why people adore them so much... am I just being jealous? No, why would I be jealous? I want to be recognised for my work, that's all...
When I try to talk to the heroes, they laugh in my face, as if I'm a jester for them, why do they treat us like this, we do all their work, we do more even, but no one notices it, they just see heroes in front of the villain and think "heroes are amazing!"
BUT. THEY. ARE. NOT. HEROES.
They are fakes, they bribe the villains to act hurt and in pain, they bribe the news to show only them. They do it because they can, they're paid thousands by the government for doing nothing and we're paid much lower, a mere £19 per week while they all live in luxury with £29000 per week!
I don't know why we're paid so little, we do more for the city, many of the other sidekicks have just accepted it and try to beg for more money, it's awful seeing the true heroes in such awful condition.
I can't speak freely about the heroes, they have too much power for me to do that unfortunately.
One day, I'll be more powerful than them, I'll be the one that has all the money, I'll let everyone see the truth.
