Forever With You: Part One

Start from the beginning

Olivia turns on her heel to glare at me, the look of disgust on her face causing me to cackle. Loudly, the sound echoing around the room. "Can you not?!"

MK and Ash both give me a kiss on either respective cheek before they let go of me, and I smirk a little at the narrowed eyes my girlfriend is giving me from across the room. "Is there a problem, my love?"

"I better be the only Olsen you dream about."

Chuckling, I slide up to my favorite Olsen girl and wrap my arms around her, placing a series of kisses all over her face until I have her in giggles, which was all part of my master evil plan to get her to smile again. "You are definitely my favorite, my love."

MK interrupts, shoving her hand in between mine and Lizzie's faces, much to my annoyance. The look the older Olsen gives me, though, tells me that they really need to head out if I plan on getting everything done before they get back. So I let out a sigh and quickly move MK's hand out of the way to give Lizzie one last kiss, much to the former's annoyance. "Go enjoy your birthday shopping trip, babe."

Lizzie frowns as she's pulled in the direction of the front door by her sisters, Scarlett and Olivia right behind them. "Wait, you're not coming with us?"

I shake my head, blowing her a kiss as I notice the pout on the brunette's face. "No, You deserve some time with your family and friends without me. I'll be here when you get back, though."

I follow a few steps behind them, standing in the doorway as I watch them all pile into Scarlett's SUV. Liv slyly gives me a thumbs up where Lizzie can't see her, as she's the last one to get into the car, and I give the teenager a wink in return before waving the group off. I stay waiting in the open doorway until I can no longer see the car down our road, a smile plastered on my face before I practically take off through the house at a sprint and slide out onto the patio, clapping to gain everyone's attention. "Alright, the birthday girl is officially out of the house! We have exactly six hours to get everything set up and in case I haven't already told you thank you, thank you."

Everyone lets out a cheer, each having their respective job already assigned to them thanks to Leon, who winks at from across the yard where he and Oliver are stringing the tree. I move to start gathering up all our normal yard decor and move it out of the way when I notice my mother and Jarnie walking in my direction. I move to give my mother a tight hug, since I was only able to give a brief greeting when she arrived a few hours ago. "Hey, sweetheart. How are you feeling?"

Now that Lizzie's out of the house and this thing is officially in motion I realize that some of my excitement is gone and replaced by nerves. "I kinda feel like I'm gonna throw up. Is that normal?"

Jarnie chuckles before wrapping me up in her own embrace, and I melt into the older woman and the comfort her arms bring me. Her hugs remind me a little of Lizzie's hugs, and it makes me smile to myself. "It's perfectly fine that you're a little nervous. If you weren't, I'd be a little worried. But honestly, I don't think you have anything to worry about. Lizzie's going to love what you've done and will, no doubt, remember this night for the rest of her life."

I nod, trying to take in the woman's wise words. Especially considering they've both here before, even if they were the ones being proposed to and smile to myself. "Okay, I think I'm gonna be able to keep breakfast down. What else needs to be done?"

Both mothers share a look before they turn me and usher me towards the house, causing me to frown. "Wait, I know we're not done out here yet."

"No, but you need to sit down and relax. This is also your engagement, too, Y/N. So go inside and finish up with the pictures, prepare yourself, and we'll let you know if we need you."
