The tears just formed and burst within a matter of seconds, I breathed deeply as my body went into what I call 'Pre panic attack mode' my knees started to shake and wobble as my breathing got quicker, my head spinning, my eyes flickered round the room, I fell into my knees crying, my small hands rubbed my face, "I don't understand why he feels sorry for me" I muttered to myself as I breathed heavily, I was alone and no one could get me through these panic attacks, I tried to stand up but as I did my knees buckled and I fell onto the soft padding of the sofa, my mind replayed the words 'I only married to because I felt sorry for you,' and the slam of the door as he left, I was utterly and completely alone.
