after doing things in the house

"we're riding a karatig" i said enthusiastically. people looking at me when i did. putang ina niyo.

"why you seem so excited?" luke asked

"cause it's my first time that may boyfriend na akong kasama. joke"

when it's our turn to ride the karatig, we're in a line yes. everyone inside starts chit-chatting.

i go first then luke's next.

he hit his head. what do i expect? he's 6'4.

after we sat and making ourselves comfortable even luke is having a hardtime keeping his head safe, i got some money from my purse.

"no i'll pay" luke insisted. he grabbed 2 dollars.

"go on pay and see what the driver will tell you.

he don't even know what to do now.

"okay" i gave him 16 pesos "this is the philippine currency, we don't use dollars dude."

"what am i gonna do to pay?"

"give the money to the girl beside you"

he did what i said but the girl just stared at him like she's gonna do something dirty.

"ate, pakiabot nga ho ng bayad. salamat"

then she rolled eyes to me. akin lang siya.

luke don't even know what am i and this whore saying but he is laughing. what a dork.

"where to? " the driver asked

i nudged to luke and he looked at me.

"say to him ,"sa bayan po" "

then he said it in a kangaroo accent. note: he isn't speaking english, he supposed to say tagalog.

"sa bayan po"

*oops many tagalog words haha sorry. but i did put translations tho. thank you for saying you like this book.
