A Date Chap.16

After Idia recovered from his fever he really wanted to do something for you, he wanted to thank you for how you took care of him while he was sick but It went deeper than that, his nerves were through the roof but after thinking it over and over against his better judgement, he asked to treat you to a meal a Mostro Lounge In Octavinelle In which you'd never been before, nor had Idia but he knew Azul personally so he asked him about It when they had their club meeting.

It was after classes ended and you were In your room now freshening up for your dinner with Idia, In which you knew It was a date but you'd never been on one before, so you were nervous In which you wondered why you were so nervous about as It was Idia, but of course you'd been feeling off when It came to him anyway It was like he wasn't just a friend anymore

you looked in the mirror as you styled your hair a little different, having it half up and down with some braids that were connected from the front, you then went to your closet to look for the right thing to wear as you couldn't exactly go in the school uniform or dorm uniform, and then you'd found a knee length dress before you put it on with some sandals, you then fluffed your ears up before you put on some eyeliner to finish but then you added a touch of lip gloss

but then there came a knocking on your bedroom door, you turned "Yes?"

Leona came in and leaned against the frame, "You're all dolled up, what's happenin?"

you smiled, "Nothing...."

Leona crossed his arms, "you're going out now though right, It's almost dinner and...wait a minute don't tell me"

you put your arms behind you, "Idia...asked me to dinner with him at Mostro Lounge"

"Seriously? the Radish Sprout asked you on a date"

you nodded but then Leona let out a sigh, "Okay...just watch yourself, but if he does anything come home and tell me so I can beat his ass"

you hit his arm, "Leona!"

"I wasn't kidding and you know It"

you let out a sigh before you moved past him, "Idia's not like that at all"

"Yeah, yeah"

you turned back to Leona and waved to him as you headed out, and as you left Savanaclaw you ran into Jack briefly but you didn't chat for long as you couldn't be late to Mostro Lounge, and with Idia he'd been agonizing over getting out of his door first

"Idia go on didn't you ask her out!"

"Yeah I did but now I...I can't do this!"

Ortho looked up at him, "Why not you really like her after all don't you"

Idia blushed and bit his lip a little, "I...I do"

"Then what're you so afraid of go before you're late"

Idia took in a few deep breaths, "Okay...I'm going"

he then stepped out of their bedroom before he started to leave, and just as he left the mirror chamber he bumped into someone who nearly fell, but he quickly caught them and to his great surprise he'd run into you, just as his cheeks became pink as well as yours

Idia was wearing something different then usual, It was still very casual but also nice for a date and his hair was tied into a high ponytail, he then let you up as he stepped back 

his cheeks were burning, "I...you...you look amazing"

you bashfully smiled, "Thank you...you too"

Idia's hair was pink on the tips, but then he gestured "We should get going...Azul s...said he'd save a table just for us"

you nodded, "Okay"

you both then headed to the Octavinelle mirror before it glowed, and you both headed through It into the dormitory and to Mostro Lounge In which you were surprised, it was very classy and not too fancy but it had a great atmosphere, just then you saw Azul Ashengrotto

"Ah there you are, right this way your table is ready Idia I managed to reserve one"

"thanks Azul"

you and Idia followed Azul as he then led you both to one of the booth seats, and you slid in first before Idia soon followed as you then picked up the menu's to look at them

Azul took out a small notepad as he waited, you weren't really picky but everything sounded great though this was your first time coming there, "let's see...oh the pizza looks good"

Idia nodded, "y...yeah, do you wanna share one?"

you smiled with a nod before Azul wrote It down, "Okay then one Nepolitan pizza to share, I'll have that out for you soon"

he then left as you fiddled with the hem of your dress a little, but Idia tried to think of something

"I!"

you both then looked at each other before you started to laugh, "u...y...you go"

you smiled, "Okay, this was really nice of you to do Idia but...why?"

Idia's cheeks burned, "because I...I wanted to thank you f...for taking care of me when I was sick...I...I troubled you a lot"

you shook your head, "You didn't trouble me at all...please don't say that"

"b...but I...I'm...you could've caught It, I would've felt bad..."

you touched his hand, "I know, but I care about you Idia...I couldn't leave you alone"

Idia's eyes glistened and he slowly laced his slim fingers with yours, in which brought a blush to your cheeks as you then saw the look in his eyes, It was tender and full of so much...

"You...you really care about me that much?"

you blushed, "I do"

Idia gave your hand a squeeze, "so...do I...."

you felt your heartbeat quicken In your chest, but then the contact between you both was broken as Jade Leech placed the pizza down "Please, enjoy"

you and Idia then started eating the pizza, It was really good and was probably the best pizza you'd ever eaten but then when things became quiet, Idia showed you something 

"H...Hey did you know, Premo's coming to Sage's Island for a concert"

you smiled, "I did! I was so excited when I read It on Magicam"

a smile came to his face, "Y...yeah, hey would you maybe...want to go together?"

you smiled with a nod and Idia's hair turned pink on the tips but then.....

the both of you couldn't look away from each other, and Idia felt a sudden burst of courage 

"(Y/n) there's....something I have t...to tell you"

you gave him your full attention, "?"

Idia grasped onto your hands as his were shaking, "I...I...."

"you're...the most amazing...person I've ever met, you...you're really someone who get's me, even though I'm from the cursed Shroud family, and I'm a no good shut In...who's scared of the world..."

"Idia...."

you held onto his hands, "Idia...even if you're afraid, I'll always be here with you"

"s...see someone like you is...like the sun"

you blushed, but then he bit his lip as he tried to the find the rest of his words but then he soon caved in to his own worries and turned away from you, "uh...p...please Ignore me....".
