Jerome and Jeremiah Valeska ~ 7
Gotham was parted into many kingdoms, torn apart at the seams to make those kingdoms for the kings and Queen's that ruled. I however worked for the Valeska's in their kingdom, worked in their palace to be exact.
It was hard to believe that Jeremiah and Jerome would share a kingdom, but it happened and it was rather strange. Much like Gotham the kingdom was torn apart and designed how both kings wanted. The left side was Jeremiah's, this part was built like a maze one way in one way out. Jerome's was the right side, this side was built like a circus, cursed games and evil laughter filled this side. From afar it seemed fun, close up your realise how cursed it really was.
They made it work believe it or not though, however the castle they lived in was also divided just like the kingdom, but the strangest thing was that Jerome and Jeremiah got along inside the castle, made decisions together and attacked together. This also was the reason I worked for both Kings not just one of them.
I walked down the hallway that never seemed to end, Jerome and Jeremiah's chambers resting at the end of it. I knocked on Jerome's chambers first, I heard his harsh voice shout for me to come in and I did as he said.
"Your highness, King Oswald has requested a meeting with you and King Jeremiah."
I said after bowing before him, his gaze was on me as soon as I entered the room and it hadn't left me. He started walking up to me and grabbed my hand to pull me toward the window facing outwards towards the kingdom. Once we were both looking out towards it I looked up to him with a confused look on my face.
"Oswald doesn't deserve to be called a king, me and my brother worked up from nothing, he however worked from under an already made Queen, fish Mooney."
He said strongly his anger flowing through his voice.
"That's why you both have more power over him your highness..."
I said desperate to please him not wanting to anger him more. Luckily to my words he smiled at me, grabbed my chin and lifted it up to be closer to his face.
"I know"
He whispered before connecting our lips and passionately kissing me. He pulled me closer to his strong figure, I wasn't fazed as this is the relationship I have with them. I'm their closest ally, I do all of their work and this is how they repay me, with love. It shocked me at first but I soon became comfortable with it because to be honest I didn't know they were capable of love so I took it all as much as I could.
He pulled away and started to speak
"Tell Oswald that we accept the meeting and will see him this week I'm sure my brother will agree."
He gave me one last peck before I bowed before him and started to make my way towards Jeremiah's chambers but before I closed the door behind me he spoke up once again
"Oh and Y/n, I expect to see you tonight."
I knew what he meant so all I said back was,
"Of course your highness"
And made my exit finally.
I knocked upon Jeremiah's chambers soon enough and I heard him tell me to enter a minute after I knocked. I entered and started to speak straight away not before bowing before him though,
"Your highness, Oswald has requested a meeting with you and King Jerome, King Jerome has accepted but is waiting on your acceptance as well, he says it probably should happen sometime this week if accepted."
Jeremiah then turns around on his chair at his desk to face me, his hand reaches out for mine and I walk toward him to reach for it. His hand once entangled with mine pulls me forward to kiss him. This is what he always did so I knew what he wanted every time. Once we both pulled away to catch our breath he speaks up
"I agree with my brother, we should have a meeting with Oswald after all he believes he's the bigger power. it's time we show him he's not, right darling?"
I smile at him and nod
"I agree with you 100% as always your highness."
He lets out a grin at my words and his hand reaches out again to push my hair behind my ear
"I suspect my brother wants you in his chambers tonight, so I shall see you tomorrow in mine. I'll let him have his fun."
I now after his words and smile at him letting him know I'll be there and make my way out of their chambers and down the long hallway again. Making my way to make plans for the two kings I work for.
