Trees. That's what I saw around this place nga gi hatag ni Jasmine sa akoa as I asked him kung asa s'ya. He sent me an address nga wala ko kabalo kung asa dapit but thankfully the tricycle driver knew where it was.

So, instead nga magpa hatod sa among balay, sa address na lang ko nga gi hatag ni Jasmine ni diretso. It took me 20 minutes before I arrive sa place. And it's huge, trees are everywhere, naay hayag gamay ang palibot thanks to the streetlights. One more thing is presko ang place.

I just don't know lang jud kung asa ni kay dili ko familiar sa place and gabie na pud para ma kita nako kung asa ni dapit sa Gensan.

I took out my phone and texted Jasmine nga naa na ko sa place nga iyang gi ingon. I also told him nga murag walay tao diri, and I asked him kung asa s'ya dapit.

Hinay hinay kong ni baktas while gi wait ang reply ni Jasmine. And I started to overthink..

What if mali diay ni nga lugar akong na adtoan?

Jusko wala raba kaayoy sakyanan sa palibot, tua pud sa highway ang sakayan. And medyo layo ang highway sa kung asa ko gi hatod na angkol driver.

Owemji what if... what if na wrong ko and masaag ko diri? Huhu!

What if....

“Neese?”

“Oh Thanked God!” Nilingi kos nanawag nako ang I am so happy to see Jasmine. Naputol akong gi overthink karun karun lang.

He walked towards me. Walay gi sulti nga iyang gi kuha ang akong kamot ug hinay kong gi bira. Nisunod ra pud ko niya.

“Where are we?” hinay ang tingog nga pangutana nako sa iyaha.

“We're at Open Lot,” he answered and I could barely hear him.

“Open Lot? Unsa na?”

“A place open for everyone who wants to unwind. A place for people nga gusto mag pagawas sa ilang gibati..” Jasmine explained.

And as if on cue, we heard sobs.

Nidikit dayun ko kay Jasmine kay nahadlok kos nikalit rag hilak nga babae.

I felt Jasmine's hand pat my head. “I guess, you've never been here before..” ana s'ya.

Nitando ko. This is my first time hearing about this place.

“It's okay, walay wakwak diri. Just sad people..” he said.

Ningiwi ko. “Are you telling me this is a place where sad people come?”

I felt him nodded. “Most of them are sad, some just wants to unwind and feel the beautiful vibe this place give.”

I nodded too and sighed.

“Are you one of the Some?” I looked at him while ga baktas mi. Gi abangan nako iyang tubag. I'm hoping he'd say nga he's one of the people who just wanted to unwind here.

Jasmine shook his head. “Right now, I'm one of the Most.”

Nahilom kos iyang gitubag. It means, he is one of the people who came here to cry.

Oh gosh.. it means he is sad.

“Wow..” I mumble the moment nihunong mi ug baktas.
