You can have a chance to capture a Keldeo in a very hard way, as long as it is used with codes, at the well in Darkwood town you can make a wish at the well, use the well to make the code working use the word "JUSTICE!!!" and a little cave will open in front, that's the cave of the legendary Pokémon Keldeo.
