"Oh yeah I forgot to tell you guys Damian will be coming with me." Jamal tells them, making some look at him in shock as he smirks at Theo. "And Yeah, let's get that in the books. The more specific, the better. What are you guys thinking, like 8:00? 8:05? 8:10?" Jamal tells them.
"I'm gonna play it by ear. I'm not sure I'm feeling it." Olivia tells them even though she would love to hang out with Damian.
"What? Why?" Ruby asked as he felt his plans falling apart.
"Not sure I'm in the mood to be objectified. If I want to see boners, I'll just go online." Olivia told Ruby.
"Didn't you hear Principal Sarge? The dance is a no-bone zone." Jamal tells Olivia.
"Are you kidding? Dances are cesspools of bad behavior. I don't want to go." Monse tells Jamal, backing Olivis up, making Theo frown.
"You used to love dances." Theo tells Monse wanting to know why she is backing out.
"Yeah, people get freaky, but what's wrong with getting freaky?" Ruby asked them, making Olivia glare at him. "I don't get it."
"Explain it to us. Why don't you wanna go? You were pretty excited this morning." Cesar asked Monse as Theo looked between them and she could feel the tension.
"That was before I remembered how lame dances are. And maybe we're just not in the mood." Monse snapped at Cesar.
"Oh, is it your menses?" Ruby asked Monse, making Theo groan as she put her head in her hands.
"Her what?" Olivia asked Ruby.
"Her lady pond has runneth red." Ruby tells Olivia, making Theo look up and glare at him.
"Ruby, please stop talking." Theo tells Ruby as Jamal hits his arm, making him look at her confused.
"Lady pond?" Monse asked Ruby.
"What? What am I saying wrong?" Ruby asked them.
"Everything!" Monse and Olivia snap at him.
"You guys don't understand what it's like to be a woman and treated like an object. We have hearts." Monse tells them.
"And minds. So, take out any question that we're going tonight. The answer is no. with a period 'cause that's what it's actually called." Olivia snapped at them.
"Olivia, let's go dine in a less hostile environment." Monse tells Oilvia who nods and they both get up and leave.
"By me going to the dance does that mean I don't have a mind or a heart." Theo asked the boys, making them shake their heads as Jamal grabs her hand.

Theo was waiting outside of the cem lab for Monse. She texted her asking her if they could talk which Monse said yes to.
"Hi, what do you want to talk about?" Monse says as she walks up to Theo who looks up at her and sees she already looks mad.
"Um, I just wanted to know why they have been ignoring and ditching me for Oilvia." Theo asked Monse.
"I haven't." Monse tells her, making Theo look at her in shock.
"Yes you have the first time was a couple weeks ago we were supposed to hang out after school but you left with Oilvia and when I got home and saw you two you didn't even talk to me and then you did it again when we were supposed to go to the movies last week." Theo tells Monse who just rolls her eyes.
"Just get over it Theo." Monse snaps, making Theo glare at her.
"No I am not just going to get over it, we are supposed to be family," Theo tells her as Monse throws her arms out.
