She takes out her phone and starts texting Bocchi.

Nijika: I have to word it carefully. I don't want to scare her off. "We're all going to meet up tomorrow to discuss our band."

Y/n: "Good idea. That'll help us get to know her."

He plugs in the crepe maker and prepares his batter.

Y/n: "Do you want your crepes any specific way?"

Nijika: "Lots of strawberries! Fresh fruit in the morning is the best!"

Y/n: "Hai, hai. Coming right up."

Nijika: "Do you have any hazelnut spread?"

Y/n: "In the pantry." *While setting up* "Can you make some tea?"

Nijika: *She nods* "Sure thing."

After breakfast Seika joins them for tea.

Seika: "So, who's the mango box?"

Nijika: "She's..."

She looks back at Y/n. He's shaking his head.

Nijika: "A surprise."

Seika: "Lying blatantly to your sister for the sake of a boy?"

Nijika: "E-Eh?!"

Seika: "I thought mom taught you better."

Nijika: "W-Well-"

Y/n: "I think it'd be better if you met her yourself."

Seika: "My my. Hiding a girl behind my back? I didn't think you were the type."

Y/n: I have to get on the offensive. "There's a lot you don't know about me."

Seika: "But there's a lot I do know about you. Some things the others don't know."

Y/n: "Th-That's true."

Seika: *She smiles* "But now's not the time for that." *She turns to Nijika* "Come on, let's get to work."

Nijika: "Right. See you tomorrow, Y/n-kun."

Y/n: "Thanks for stopping by, Niji-chan."

Seika: "And?"

Y/n: "You remember where the door is, right?"

Seika: "How cold!"

Y/n: "See you later."

They wave before leaving.

Y/n: I should brush up on my guitar. I have to show Bocchi-chan I'm no slouch!

He takes look at his instrument collection.

Y/n: But I always practice guitar. Maybe I'll do violin today.

In the end, he practiced everything except the banjo. The next day he has breakfast with Nijika. They leave early to meet with Ryo before heading to Starry.

Ryo: "Yo."

Y/n: "What's up, Ryu-chan."

Ryo: I'm a gal! "That's a boy's name. Ryo."

Y/n: This is a first. "Ryo-chan." She's never had a problem with it before.

Ryo: "Good. Alternatively, Yamada-sama or Yamada-sensei also works."

Nijika: "No one is going to call you sensei."

Y/n: "Agreed. Yamada-sensei feels wrong for some reason."

Ryo: "Yamada-sama also works."

Y/n: " I'll stick with Ryo-chan."

Finally at Starry, they notice Bocchi walking in circles in front of the entrance.
