Soon after I got into the link and woke up in my avatar body I got up and changed into new clothes for the day changing into the riding clothes.

After I changed into my riding outfit I went over to the hammocks and saw Jake slowly waking up in his avatar body.

"WAKE UP SLEEPING BEAUTY!!" I shouted scared Jake as he jumped up shaking the hammock seeing his reaction made me laugh so much.

"Oh I'm going to get you for that one day" he said mischievously with smug look on his face.

"Ooo I'm shaking in my boots come-on I want to show you something you might like" I told him as I went up to the spiral branches and jump over each one.

I would only stop to make sure Jake didn't lose his balance and stayed behind me.

As we made it out to the higher up areas I went looked up calling my Ikran.

Soon after I called for him to come he burst out from the leaves scareing Jake as he landing infront of me.

"Holy shit!" Jake said as I noticed him looking excitedly at my Ikran.

"Do not look in his eye" I told him and he listens as he notices the Ikran sizing him up.

"Aadhira look I brought your favorite" I told my Ikran as he finally saw I brought him his favorite snake which he happily ate.

"Good boy Aadhira" I told him as I pet him having missed flying with him for so long.

"Ikran is not like the horses. Once the bond is made they. Ikran will fly with only one hunter for they're whole life" I said as I bonded with Aadhira and made sure his harness is strapped on tightly before getting on him.

"To be able to become taronyu, hunter, you must choose your own Ikran and he must choose you" I told Jake softly.

"When?"

"When you are ready" I said pulling down my riders mask and telling my Ikran to fly.

As he takes flight I fly around home tree looking up smiling as jake does the same before flying towards him as he ducks when I go over him.

When the days lesson is over Jake and I pop out of our link pods and he films his video log.

"Okay. This is video log 12 times 2132" I heard him sighing as he sounds tired.

"Do I have to do this now? I really need to get some rack" He asked Grace.

"No, now when it's fresh" she said and walk over to him as he turned to the camera and wrapped my arms around him as I look into the camera.

"Yea Jake, I'm not teaching you the way of the Na'vi for nothing" I said before patting his shoulders making my way to my bunk to catch some zzz's.

Over the past few weeks Jake and I have been getting closer I mean we're friends and all but I can't help but think they'res somthing else there.

Teaching Jake the language was hard I guess he's still an idiot at heart but he's getting better with a bow.

Everytime he messes up I call him skxawng which means moron.

But it's nice to see him make an effort of learning the customs I see him being taught by Norm every now and then.

My ceremony is getting closer and closer it's exciting.

I teach Jake how to track animals with the tiniest scents and sounds when we go hunting.

Once we tracked a family of Viperwolves remembering the day we met watching Jake see the mother with her cubs he finally understood why I was angry in the first place.

What he didnt understand was the flow of energy that come from the spirits on the animals.

I don't think he sees the forest like I see it yet.

But he understands that it's either learn fast or die when it comes to my teaching.

Jake and I talked to mother about letting Grace back into the village...I knew she missed those kids like they missed her.

Couple nights ago he was all tired out that he fell asleep in his video log and I took him to his bed for him to rest.

But what really hit me was when I corrected his stance with the bow he just looked at me like he wanted me for himself.

When he finally made a clean kill all on his own I knew he was ready for Ikran.
