Lucas' House

Mom told me that i had every right to be mad at dad, so i just decided to ignore him for the whole day.

mom and dad was going to drive me to Mrs. and Mr. Millers house, i was so excited to meet my friend again.

"are we there yet?" i asked.

"Not yet." mom answered smiling.

"mama tell papa to drive fasterrr" i commanded mom.

"hehe, why don't you tell papa yourself?" mom chuckled.

"Athy's not supposed to talk to papa today." i said looking out the window.

".." dad just stayed silent.

"Athy are you excited?" mom asked me.

"yeah! very excited!" i answered shining brightly.

"Athy, wake up."

i heard mom's voice, waking me up.

"we're here" she said smiling at me.

mom opened the car door for me and helped me get off the car.

i held mom's hand while walking towards the main door. normally, i would hold papa's hand but i have to ignore him!

"Diana!" Auntie cass called mom.

"It's so nice of you for letting athy stay" mom hugged auntie cass.

"It's no problem, athy is always welcome to come." she said bending down to reach my height.

"Lucas!! come down, Athy's here!" Auntie called for lucas.

about 2 minutes later, lucas still hasn't come down, nor respond to his moms call.

"Ah, he must still be sleeping." Auntie cass said.

"that's okay! Athy can wake him up!" i said smiling.

"That would be nice." Auntie Cass smiled back.

"We'll get going now." Mom said checking her watch.

"Bye bye mama!" i gave mom a peck on the cheek.

the i looked over to dad which face tells 'what about me?'

'hehe'

i entered the house without giving him his goodbye kiss.

Claude POV:

"Bye bye mama!" Athanasia gave diana a peck on the cheek.

'what about me?'

i was waiting for mine, but she went inside without giving me a kiss.

i just stood there. then i asked diana,

"Does she hate me?"

"huh?" she looked at me confused.

".." i just stood there waiting for an answer.

diana chuckled, "silly, ofcourse she doesn't" she reassured.

"then why didn't she give me my goodbye kiss?" i asked while we walked towards the car.

"she's 'mad' remember?" she chuckled.

".." i just stayed silent opening the car door.

"c'mon! she's only going to ignore you for a day." she said while putting on her seatbelt.

"only?" i said.

"It's not that long!" she replied.

"for me it is." i started the car and drove off.
